We hardly knew that they were working upstairs.
They had the bath out and downstairs before we knew it. Not a sound, so quiet, and very tidy.

The boiler service was easy to arrange. The Engineer let me know on the day when they would be arriving. The service was completed and the Engineer let me know what they had done. All quietly efficient and easy for me.
