I had been suffering with tooth ache through the night and ended up seeing my own dental practice just to be put on a course of antibiotics and being referred which would have been in 3 weeks time, a friends sister told me about Scott arms dental practice so I gave them a call, they got me booked in for 21:30 which I arrived 40mins early, the receptionist where polite and friendly and got me booked in, hadn’t even filled all the info of the tablet and within 10 mins of being there I was seen by dentist Samson (Sammy)who again introduced himself and made me feel comfortable after I explained I’m anxious about dentist he examined my tooth told me the plan of action and also told me worse case scenario but not to panic as they could deal with it, within 10/15 mins of being there my wisdom tooth was removed in the matter of 20seconds which I was quite shocked with, I did get the shakes after it was removed but I was in good hands and made sure I was fine before leaving, even go away with an after care plan. I would recommend anyone to this dental practice as they were all friendly from start to finish.

I had a tooth extraction and root canal done by the amazing Dr Danyal Saghir & Dental Nurse Leah. They were so kind and comforting. They put me at ease, and answered all my questions. I was scared at first but they helped me so much. Thank you.

The consultation with Greg was outstanding . He explained us everything we needed to know .The treatment is for my 17 years daughter he answer all the questions we had, he made one of his colleagues also to show us the aligners, i forgot the name both were professional and friendly. The only thing we weren't aware is that you have to pay straight away as we thought this will be after the treatment. Also the payment option were explained to details

Needed a tooth removed which my Private Dentist wouldn't do and had horrendous past extractions with them . I made appointment at Scott Arms for a time that suited me same day and i was all done and sorted in less than 30 minutes . I couldn't believe it was out in such a short time and never felt a thing , staff were wonderful and Adam Higgins ( who removed my back tooth with abscess) was outstanding . I would highly recommend if you suffering from tooth ache and wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Needed an emergency tooth extraction and within a couple of hours I was seen and the tooth taken out with very little pain by Roni and Sharnelle. They were very kind and professional and the whole thing was done very quickly and they did a lot to put me at ease. My appointment was at 10:25PM I was extremely grateful to be seen at such a late time.

Needed a wisdom tooth extracted initially booked in with helayna who explained the whole process in detail and recommended me to Imran who i had previously seen good reviews in regards to his wisdom tooth extractions he explained everything in detail and was not pushy and the extraction was straight forward from himself and his assistant Adela who was very reassuring and i can’t fault the service from start to finish he also saw me again during the healing process and eventhough i am still in the healing phase he has been very supportive and professional and offered to see me everytime would highly recommend especially for anxious patients.

I got an emergency appointment with ease. Parking right outside and a large waiting area. I was seen immediately and was quite surprised the cost wasn't much more than my NHS dentist, without the wait and the dentist was very helpful and professional and gave me antibiotics straight away.

Seen Andrew back in 2019 for some emergency treatment, He was the guy who made my journey of recovery within the dentist chair! Alongside my main dentist Richard 👌 seen Andrew recently for a consultation regarding some Botox treatment for Bruxism! Honestly looking forward to be in such good hands. I recommend Scott Arms to all my friends and family now, you all have changed my stance and outlook on Dentists 🫶

I recently completed a dental implant procedure at Scott Arms Dental Practice, and I wanted to share how positive my experience has been. From the very first consultation the dentist was incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain the entire implant process clearly and patiently, which really helped put me at ease. Dental work can understandably make people anxious, but his calm approach and professionalism made the whole experience feel very well managed and under control. The quality of the workmanship has been excellent. The implant feels comfortable, natural, and the attention to detail throughout the treatment was obvious. Everything was done with great care, and the results speak for themselves. What I particularly appreciated was that the dentist did not push unnecessary treatments. Instead, he gave sensible and honest recommendations about possible work that could be considered further down the line, explaining what would be beneficial and what could reasonably wait. That level of transparency really builds trust. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and the service I received. If anyone is considering dental implant treatment, I would highly recommend Scott Arms Dental Practice. A very professional, reassuring experience from start to finish.

THE DENTAL SURGEONS AND HYGIENIST ARE VERY GOOD EXPLAINING ALL THE NECESSARY STEPS CARING AND WELCOMING also giving time if experiencing any pain and then go back to the procedure. Anything I didn't understand would then repeat the message clam and patient with me. Very caring. All staff very polite, professional and welcoming. Well done to all. keep up the excellent work looking after and caring for all age groups.

Had the same filling done here four times in six months. They insisted that nothing could be done except a crown at a very high cost. Managed to get an nhs dentist who installed an amalgam filling and presto. All fine. Be careful. They are good in emergencies but I fear they steer you towards unnecessary and more expensive work. Or just offer amalgam fillings again maybe?

Excellent service from the moment i walked through there door

I recently visited Scott’s Arms Dental Practice to see Dr Danyal Saghir, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. I had been putting off treatment for a half‑broken tooth because I was feeling anxious and unsure about going to the dentist. As soon as I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were warm, friendly, and welcoming, which immediately helped put me at ease.
Dr Danyal and his assistant were just as reassuring. Their calm, friendly manner made me feel comfortable straight away. After taking X‑rays, Dr Danyal explained clearly that I would need a crown, starting with a temporary one before returning for the permanent crown. Throughout the entire process, he talked me through each step and regularly checked that I was okay, which made a huge difference to my confidence.
I returned on 20th January for the permanent crown, and the appointment was quick and smooth. Once again, Dr Danyal explained what he was doing and how long it would take, which I really appreciated.
Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience, and I only wish I had come to Scott’s Arms years ago. The practice has a lovely atmosphere, it’s well looked after, and every member of staff is polite, caring, and incredibly helpful. I would happily recommend Scott’s Arms Dental Practice to all my family and friends.
