Great company, they quickly deliver, they have lots of VERY NICHE fragrances that aren't readily available elsewhere. You can actually trust them to not water down their samples, and the community also seems to be on point.

I’m very disappointed with scentsplits…
I’m very disappointed with scentsplits customer service. I have been ordering with this company for a couple years now and my last order took over a month and a half(sill waiting for partial order).
I always had to reach out to get updates with very little feedback. Instead of offering some free samples or discount, I’m still waiting!!!

Superior customer service.
I ordered 4 5ml bottles and one was the wrong fragrance. They did some research and realized the error. They offered to send another bottle but I declined because I was actually going to order the scent anyway. They still gave me a discount code. Top of the line customer service. Well done. Customer for life.

I love the niche options and…
I love the niche options and selections. I wish there are more YouTube review orders on the website to help me choose. For example, if you are looking for vanilla, here are the 5 top options. Use creators that are reputable and have a good following. I feel overwhelmed when I am trying to select different options. I love how you offer the smaller sampler b/c I won't purchase full bottle until I try something and wear it a few times to see what is like with my body chemistry. I think it would be cool to have celebrity and Arabian fragrances to offer more affordable options given this economy. I hate buying a $50 perfume and it is gross. I want testers to see what it is like on my skin.

I really like that now the small size…
I really like that now the small size decants have a spray top instead of a dabbler. I always want to try the smallest size first just in case I don’t like the fragrance. This makes it so much easier to sample

Styrofoam is bad
I love what Scent Split does and their massive selection of obscure as the less obscure. The jars they use are much more practical than the ones I can get from Luckyscent. That and their variety lured me back to them.
However, I wish the packaging were a little more Earth friendly. My box had Styrofoam pellets which are the worst of the worst. I understand that I shouldn't be looking for sustainability when shopping for fragrances, but I was asked for my opinion and such as it is. That and the ability to simply find the fragrance I'm looking for are important to me.
