from samples and decants to full bottles, and I’ve had a consistently positive experience. They carry a great selection of fragrances, including many sought-after niche brands, and everything I’ve received has been authentic and exactly as expected.
Some popular fragrances do go on backorder, but I appreciate that they are upfront about the availability. In one case, I waited several weeks for a backordered fragrance and eventually decided I didn’t want to wait any longer. I canceled the order and received my refund right away with absolutely no hassle. That experience actually gave me even more confidence in ordering from them.
When items are available, my orders have shipped quickly, and I also really appreciate that they send returning-customer offers. I recently received a 15% off “we miss you” coupon, which I used toward two full bottles. Getting a discount like that on higher-end and niche fragrances definitely makes me want to continue shopping with them.
Overall, Scent Split has been reliable, easy to deal with, and a great place for both discovering fragrances through decants and purchasing full bottles. Five stars from me.

Amazing experience. Wonderful idea to let people test higher end and niche fragrances before buying a full size. Making many fragrances more accessible. Great packaging and I like that there are multiple sizes of samples you can choose from and high quality decant containers plus coupons if you decide to buy a full size. Great customer service and business in general.

Very reliable orders! My last order included a whole bunch of decants and a full bottle of Liis perfume— everything was flawless. Original packaging for the full bottle, never a decant missing or mislabeled, genuinely great all around. At 62, and a 45 yr. Cosmetologist… I know my way around a product or two. Let’s say this; “Fragrance has its Own World.” I’ve needed a helping hand. ‘You Guyz(!)’..have been there to help me with my choices at every turn.
One time-You accidentally sent the wrong fragrance sample to me. And, 1000% understandably so. You made things right so quickly(!). Scents are lovely but even though I knew the samples were tiny I did not anticipate not being able to read the minuscule writing on the itty bitty bottles. For 5$ apiece you should attach them to a card with the information. Plus it took me 14 pumps to find the correct angle to make it spray. Shouldn’t have to work that hard.
Black and White Cookie is a winner scent.
