SBD elbow sleeves are the biggest crap with the crapiest warranty. I spent top dollar on their cheap product. Just a little bit after the warranty was up the seams came all apart. So I wrote to SBD and told them and showed them pictures of elbow sleeves falling apart and you know what they wrote back. Sorry we can't help you because your out of warranty. I told them its only a month out of warranty. Its basically too bad. So now at the gym all my power lifting friends at the gym ask me about the SBD sleeves Im using I gladly show them how they fall apart so quickly and how their warranty sucks. SBD sends me emails all the time on their specials and I email them back on all the other products I've bought and how happy I am that's its not my money going to them. Example. I bought from Pioneer Lever Belt which is incredible quality product for half the price and Im SUPER HAPPY.

I have finally received my strimmer back a few weeks later than promised.

The machine was sent to you fully assembled, but it has been been returned with the strimmer guard and handle dismantled. Additionally I could immediately see that there is a bolt missing from the handle assembly.

I have been desperate to use this and have been unhappy at the length of time you've taken to return it to me, and now this leave me unable to use it immediately.
This is poor service. And where does it leave me? Why should have to assemble it? When I purchased the machine it was assembled by the shop where I purchased it from.

I have sent several emails with photos of my table saw I purchased this March 2021
This was sent back due to a recall from Black and Decker.
I wouldn’t have returned this otherwise,
Bearing in mind it was relatively brand new due to only being used twice.
It was returned to me in a disgraceful state, not only was the packaging in an appalling state but the actual saw is damaged. If I could post pics I would.
Would someone kindly get in touch!!
Reading previous reviews I see customer services is non existent.

Being told to contact them and they just send me an email to contact the company that told me to contact them.

This is to prevent helping the customer, they just throw me around in a circle.

They do not pickup there phones. If you call it rings forever and sometimes even just hangs up. I have yet been able to contact anyone.

I recently purchased a BEW200 multisander from b&q. Unfortunately, there were no sanding sheets available, universal fit ones don't fit. As b&q didn't know when new stock would arrive, i went online.this,also proved futile. I emailed black and decker .my reply was an automated stock "we are extremely busy and will get back to you ASAP". This was 6days ago. I am unable to use this item at the moment. Thank you BLACK and DECKER.NOT.

Shocking customer service. Tried to get a broken parts fixed/replaced that under warranty for a month now. No one replies to email and when I rang the customer service Wendy transferred me to a line that no one ever answers. When I confront her she told me to complain to the email address that no one hasn't replied to me yet! Then she hanged up on me. How can they treat customers like that?

stanley black and decker have no after sales support

SBD does not stand by their products. Knee sleeves are very expensive, and even with the proper care they do not last. We had purchased knee sleeves previously, and hadn't had a problem. A second pair purchased appear to be defective, but the Company does not agree. They are blaming this consumer for improper care. Vey disappointed in their treatment of a customer who has spent more than $1000.00 on their products. I would recommend this Company treat their customers fairly in order to keep the purchases coming. I perceive after chatting with the Boss at SBD that the dissatisfaction of this regular customer doesn't matter.

Sales Rep do not answer calls or return calls or emails. Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with.

I had a problem with my Stanley Black & Decker lawnmower and I just want to personally give and provide a Five Star Commendation to Stephen S. who took care of ME!

He went out of his way to please me as his loyal, long term standing Stanley Black & Decker customer.

You are the Best!

No Wonder Why Stanley Black & Decker has been such a Successful Company!
