I had a lot of trouble paying then it was too high!

I have been buying jewelry from Sayabling for more than a year. Probably spent around $750. I liked their jewelry, its pretty. I defended poor reviews. Then my ring turned showing that it was plated. They deny this in email and on their site. Thats called false advertising. They tried to tell me to pay $30 to "re-do" it and pay to ship it back. Re-do it? You mean replate it or replace it? I sent pictures by the way. I'm done. They lied and theres nothing you can do. Its China jewelry with a location in the States. Lesson learned the hard way.

they do not use the real thing.. their products are made of Brass--which turns silver into pinks / greens etc.
i really doubt the stones are real as well..
i bought a $100. ring and just after a couple months i can no longer wear it..i have sent them photos but thay say it shows nothing on the photos and to do them over again?

Was able to go to website and find the ring I saw advertised on Facebook. Easy check out, free shipping (over $50) and a discount code to use. So far, so good! We'll see if it gets to me in time for Mother's Day.

Trying to get a refund is impossible since Feb been emailing Irene customer services, after returning some earrings, they offered a discount code as I'd like a replacement but I never got my money back, every time I email they ask for proof of posting which I have sent numerous times, I have been a very good customer
