Sandra Davidson Estate Agents Anmeldelser

I am writing to express my sincerest pleasure and gratitude to the professional real estate agents Monty and Hamza, who assisted us recently in the process of helping us find our home. Our house search and whole transaction went smoothly through their assistance and was stress-free, as we were kept well informed throughout the entire process, every step of the way. Monty and Hamza are indeed a credit to Sandra Davidson IG4 and should be recognised for their first-class customer service. We received premier class treatment and support during negotiations, in fact throughout the whole process from A-Z was exceptional. Both Hamza and Monty executed the entire process with a remarkable degree of integrity and competence. Due to the level of expertise portrayed by both individuals, I would highly recommend Monty and Hamza as a first choice to anyone looking for their perfect home.

Absolutely amazing service from the lettings team. Second time move with this branch and it’s been great each step of the way. A huge thank you to hamza for always communicating effectively and getting all my complaints dealt with within 24 hours each time. 👏🏼

Excellent customer service and comprehensive support throughout the property purchase process.

You have a wonderful team who will go to any length to satisfy the customer and achieve a sale. The team have been exceedingly wonderful in my dealings with them
Been shoulder to shoulder with me to achieve the end result despite tremendous upheaval. Couldn't ask for more. Bravo and more grease to all your elbows. Keep it up. Not going anywhere with any future sales.

The team at Sandra Davison are nothing short of magic! They have handled two sales for me and managed to get them both sold on the first day for above my price expectations. They are professional, prompt and so personable. Massive shout out to Zaid, Rizz and Lesley the A team. They sent me a wonderful congratulations gift after selling my first home, very emotional but made better by the gift they sent me as a constant reminder of my home…a set of mugs with a picture of it on ❤️. I used their recommendation for a solicitor which helped speed up the process due to the great relationship they have with them. Couldn’t be more thrilled.

Very professional agency. Redwan helped make the process very smooth and was always available to answer questions.

I was delighted by Sandra Davidson service in finding excellent tenants for my property. They done their job quickly and professionally, by choosing excellent tenants. Sandra Davidson is highly recommended.

We have just sold our third property through the Sandra Davidson office in Redbridge and cannot thank the team enough for all their hard work and efforts. A very special thanks goes out to Lesley and Umar who kept us updated throughout the entire process and managed to hold on to our buyers throughout a very challenging market. Anyone looking to sell a property should definitely use them! We look forward to dealing with you all in the near future!

It was fantastic working with Lesley who coordinated very well between the solicitors and between us and sellers.

What a company to work with.
I am so glad that I changed my mind and gave my property to Sandra Davidson to sell for me.
I was locked in a chain which took a while but Lesley and her Team were there through out the process.
They even assisted me to locate an apartment for my tenant and act on my behalf to make sure the tenant move to her new apartment without any issue.
BIG thanks to Lesley and her team.

Being with Sandra Davidson’s estate agents for over 6 years as tenants, they were always trying to do the best in solving maintenance issues as soon as possible.

Sandra Davidson are the best!

I wish I'd gone with them from the beginning, but I wasted 6 months going with 2 other agents, who were awful.

I wish I'd gone with Sandra Davidson from the start. They found me a buyer very quickly.

Thanks to Umar, Lesley, Redwan & Zakirul for doing what the other 2 estate agents couldn't.

I would like to thank Montizur for all his hard work. The whole process of working with Monty was great, he was very helpful and patient along with Lesley.
Customer was very good and I am very thankful for the team who worked very hard and efficiently to help me with my purchase.
Excellent communication and great transparency was provided.

I can’t thank and appreciate Monty and his team enough who helped me let my property under tight timelines due to a personal situation.

They came across as hard working professionals but also with a personal touch which made them exceptional and unique they are the best estate agents I have dealt with.to be honest I had engaged other agents but looking at the effort and hard work Sandra Davidson put in, I wanted to let my property through them and they did find me the right tenant

In my first meeting with Monty he came through as someone I could trust and who would take care of my property and find me a suitable tenant , he patiently heard my requirements and promised to find me someone who would fit my requirement and they did exactly the same

The team who deserve special mention ( Zak , Redwan, Hamza, Shivani and Zaid) lead from the front brilliantly by Monty

Also would like to specially Thank Monty for always being there and being response to any and every query, I have even after months since I let the property, makes me feel valued as a customer

I will definitely let any of my future properties through them due to their exceptional service

Thanks
Debasish
