This is an update of my prior 2 star review where I expressed doubt as to the legitimacy of this site. I received my wall mount rotating sandscape today, this site is legitimate. Shipping times are a bit longer than stated and you will get a tracking number that won't update for a week or more just saying label created. I did not update the prior title in an attempt to show it is the same review by a real person since there are so many fake reviews out there these days.

J'ai commandé un Sandelier original en date du 20 novembre 2021. Je n'ai rien reçu encore ! J'ai reçu 1 notification que le colis était passé de Vancouver à Richmond. J'habite moi même au Canada.
J'ai écris à Sandelier et j'ai reçu un message automatique qui disait qu'il analyserait ma demande.
Je sais maintenant que j'ai perdu mon argent et la personne n'aura pas son cadeau de Noël .

If I could give this company a zero, I would. I highly believe I was taken in on a scam. I ordered a sandelier for a Christmas gift on Black Friday. I still have yet to receive a tracking notification or any notification of shipping. I have written to the company twice with no response. Take your money elsewhere.

Bought for a gift for my partner and he absolutely loves it.
I chose the blue sand , many colours to choose from.
Highly recommend.

I got mine recently as a Christmas gift for my husband and had a quick peek to make sure it was intact from shipping as the box was a bit dinted and it looks fabulous. I am very happy and excited to give it to hubby I'm sure he will love it. It was delivered in good time.

Received the wall mount option. I love it, easy to hang and easy to turn it over for a new sand scene every time. Love it!

I received my Sandelier and I thought there might be an issue with it as the sand dropped down very quickly. I reached out to customer service and they were VERY quick to respond with some tips. When I got home to try out what was suggested, I decided to turn it over and see what happened. It worked perfectly. I guess it just needed some time to adjust to not being in transit. I am super happy with it and it is beautiful to watch and soo calming.

Magical masterpiece of art for my home that is so peaceful watching it create a different design everyday. Highly recommend for any room in your home.

Very cool product. My family and I love watching the sand slowly form various illusions and abstracts. The final picture is always something to look forward to.

Wow… I was a little skeptical at first but the product is so amazing that I bought two more as Xmas gifts. They are a great addition to my office desk and I like to turn it few times a day and watch the new landscape forming as a relaxing time off the computer monitor. In addition the customer service is great: very responsive and knowledgeable. I recommend this product to anyone who wants something peculiar in their daily life

Wow. Just found out your prices are in USD... nowhere in anything I have seen from your company does it mention this, except at checkout. I wonder how many Aussies have been scammed by this dishonesty. Please, when advertising, make sure everybody is aware what currency they are paying in.

The landscapes are amazing to look at with every turn. Mine will occasionally get stuck where the air stops sand from falling altogether. I’ve had to adjust the air inside a few times, which is very easy with the right needle size.

I got a small one for my husband for his birthday, to put on his desk. He has loved it since he first opened it. He’s so hard to buy for an art is subjective but this is evolving and he changes it over and over. Our 9 year old twins weren’t allowed to touch it and this sneakily started their fascination. In an Online world, this art piece provides the perfect distraction. Postage to Aus was slow but it is handmade and it was held up in customs. It made my hubby’s birthday, he’s so hard to impress but he truly loves it

We all love watching the sand fall it is truly mesmerising.

Very very cool product, glad I got one. It's very peacfull and extremely satisfying to watch. The end result is always different gorgeous to look at. I myself have started taking/collecting a photo of every time it has finished creating new art. Very cool, high quility even for the standard one, great and safe packaging.

This product is magical and calming. I bought the jungle wall mount 12”. I love watching new art scape being created over several hours,sometimes days. Product comes with a nice solid mount that is easy to install. Everyone that comes to my home loves this. Can’t wait to get more colors.

I got the wall mount product. It hangs in my office right next to my desk. I LOVE it! It is so calming and really cool to see the new design that is created every day. It was easy to hang and is very good quality. I highly recommend!!

Colors are excelent. Packaging is excelent. Customer service excellent. Dont have my anything bad to say. I did have to add a little air right away. The designs this creates puts me in a trance every time.
