The idea of the game itself is very good. But the world is, to put it mildly, strange. There is an opportunity to earn money, but it is weak and confusing. And their regular events to pass all the points are too complicated. And there are too many bots. At least it seems to me that these are bots... I do not claim 100% authenticity. For me personally it is difficult and confusing, but someone may like it.

shady crypto project. no customer support. zero credibility. they change the rules like needed for them.

I have a decent PC using Ryzen 9 7900 (12core) and MSI RTX 4070 Super (12GB), the app is insanely making background mining with my pc, totally not worth even touching it with intentions of making some money, the CPU was running at 50% fulltime and that is even without being in a game its outrageous, and my GPU running at 40% full time 3D graphics also just being on main menu
UPDATE!!! After i posted this review someone hacked into my Facebook account, that I haven't used for many many years with exactly same name as I have here!!! Watch out!!!!

This website is too overloaded and full of bugs even i couldn't access the alpha pass season 4 page it doesn't accept my devices while it accepts all my friends all devices so it is irritating and time consuming so don't make KYC or NEVER buy any Alpha Pass.

Waited over 45 minutes to order just to have her tell me the kitchen was closed when I could of ordered in time and acted like she didn't care. The worst service ever, and rarely came to our table to see how we were doing.

I wanted to book an experience for someone's birthday the price was £300 for 6 people. However, if you have a blue light card you can get a discount. I was told I had to go to the venue with the blue light card to book it. I couldn't get my head atound that, especially after speaking to friends so called back. This time I was told to send an email with the blue light card attached, so I did. Then I hot another email asking for all kinds. I sent the information. As I heard nothing I called again. I spoke to a guy who gave me a code that don't work but now the price was £360. Even with the discount code I'd still pay the £300 so why bother?

I called again this morning and spoke to someone who couldn't understand what I was saying so I asked to speak to the manager 'Crystal'. I asked her so many questions but her answers were selective. She told me the price was £60 per head for over a month. My eyes must have been deceiving me. Even on the email they sent to me. I would upload it if I knew how to take out my personal details. I was talking to her but realised that she was too defensive to understand so why was I even talking?

I'm writing my review because if we don't highlight these things then nothing changes. Little did I know that you can get the original price £300 through trust pilot. Its ashame because I've booked my experience at another venue with people who have the time to listen, patience to explain excellent customer service skills and half the price, so i booked 2 experienced. I treat people how I'd like to be treated and there was no resolution offered.

i literally just got like 17 ads about this game that are the same out of 20 videos wth i didnt even knew about this game

really excited about this metaverse project. I was lucky to be an early believer and could buy lands cheaply. The Alpha release was funny. Looking forward to more exiting stuff from The Sandbox Game.

Confusing, not intuitive, completely overloaded website. As soon as you click on a link nicely, another cluttered window opens.
You cannot search for genre on the marketplace, i.e. if you only want to search for cars, for example, you have to go through all the items and scroll through each page. I find that extremely tedious and then it's no longer fun.
It is difficult to understand whether you can create objects on the website or with "The Sandbox Maker" program. On the one hand I have the above-mentioned program but there is also the possibility to create it on the website. I find that very misleading.
If I use the program on my Windows desktop to create a landscape / game, then there is no way to close the program, but have to press the Windows key to close the program from the taskbar. So really complicated and not intuitive the whole thing.
I really can't recommend the game!
