Simplicity - Mercedes W211 -- instrument cluster went T.U. -- posted my faulty unit to Sancars, 2days later returned all working fine

Dropped my cluster in for repair and then picked it up 2 hours later. Drove back to Derbyshire plugged it back in and every warning light was on and the problem worse. Returned cluster by hand, after inspection multiple joints had been linked by solder that shouldn't have been.They then carried out another repair and returned the item to me again but now have other faults on dash that wasn't on before. They requested I take vehicle but its over an hour drive and I'm not prepared to give them a 3rd attempt. Ive requested a refund but been totally ignored on email. STAY CLEAR

These guys are first class.
I was quoted over £1000 from dealership for my 2016 Ford Kuga instrument cluster screen problem (it had gone completely white).
Rang these guys up and got my car booked in.
Arrived today and they said it would be approx 1 hour to repair. They even offered a cup of tea while the job was being done. I used the time to do a bit of shopping. 45 mins later they rang back to say it was all fixed.
Massive difference in price paid than the (ridiculous) quote from Ford dealership. Definitely recommend Sancars.
Already told my friends about this garage and they’re gonna be using these guys now.

Mercedes E class steering lock emulator very fast from posting ignition switch and key to getting it all back with a coded emulator only took three days. Great service from start to finish

Great service and really quick turnaround.
Discovery 3 would not start and I was looking at extensive testing to find the source of the problem. SANCARS website identified the instrument panel as the likely source of the issue and offered a repair at a very reasonable price. Once installed back on the vehicle and all fault codes had been cleared the vehicle started first time. Definitely saved me a huge fault finding and repair bill.

Really fast service. Good communications. From posting the unit to having it back less than 48 hours. Really impressed!
