within 90 days they increased the price of my favorite supplement by $5. It was only the second time I had ordered it.
I had actually found a less expensive provider and had believed it was lost in the mail and ordered THIS to replace form SDS.
I will probably find a different provider.

We’re sorry for the frustration this price change caused. The difference you’re seeing is because your first order was placed during a sale, and that promotion ended before your second purchase—so your most recent order reflected our regular pricing. While we understand it can feel like a sudden increase when it happens within a certain timeframe, it’s not a $5 “markup” on the same pricing period; it’s simply the change from a discounted sale price back to standard pricing.
We also work hard to keep our everyday pricing competitive, and in many cases it’s in line with—if not better than—other retailers once you compare the same item size, brand, and current availability. We truly appreciate that you gave us another try, and we hope we can earn your business again in the future.
Thank you for great customer service

Delivery takes too long
It always takes entirely too long for delivery. The web site is easy to use. The products are of high quality. The packaging is neatly done and protects the product sufficiently. Everything is top notch- it just takes too long for the order to be delivered. My order from 12/1/25 has still not been received, today is 12/6/25. Deliveries always take a full 7 day week or longer.

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We’re really glad to hear you’ve had a good experience with our website, product quality, and packaging, but we’re sorry and concerned to hear your orders are taking longer than you expect. The selected shipping method reflects an average transit time, not a guaranteed delivery date, but we understand that repeated 7+ day deliveries can still be frustrating.
We’d like to review your 12/1/25 order and your past orders to see what’s going on and if there are better shipping options we can recommend for your area going forward. Please email your order number and any tracking details to cs@samedaysupplements.com
so we can investigate and help more directly. We truly appreciate your loyalty and hope we can improve the delivery experience for you next time.
