Super fun. Staff is very knowledgeable and know made it a great experience. The river is pretty calm the time of year I went (early May) only had a few class 3 rapids great if you are new to white water or have younger kids. The staff makes the experience very family friendly.

I had a great time. I felt safe and comfortable with the staff. Sometimes you get lucky and raft with a really fun group of people besides your own friends. The fajita lunch was good also. I plan to go again next year. I look forward to going weeks before the actual date. Makes life more exciting

I have used Wilderness Rafting on 3 rivers in the Western US, 12 times on the Upper Salt river in AZ. We have had excellent success on every trip and plan to go on the 3 day trip next year (snow permitting).

GREAT TIME, WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY AND THEN SOME! I took this trip with my adult son and we chose the all day option which I would highly recommend. The lunch was great although you need to be prepared to wait a while your guide cleans up. Speaking of which, the guide was really good. He was a good balance of information and fun. I really want to do this again!

My son and I were lucky enough to choose Wilderness Aware for our 5-day adventure on the Salt River. It was the best trip of my life! Exciting rapids, and lots of them, delicious food, beautiful scenery, great hikes and the best guides! I didn't expect to be spoiled on a river trip. Great guided rafting tour down the Salt River. We have went with this company several time when rafting in Colorado and had no hesitation in rafting with them down the Salt River. When on the guided tours the raft guide is always very knowledgable and ensures our safety at all times. They really make the trip fun and memorable from the amazing adventure right down the delicious lunch that is prepared. Such a great time!!

My family and I have been on several of the Arizona Rafting trips and everyone has had the best time! It was my son's first time rafting, so needless to say it was a great experience for him. We all want to take a family trip to Colorado and do the rafting with Joe and his team.

Joe and his crew are amazing. We have rafted with them several times and every time has been amazing. The staff is always friendly, tons of fun, full of information about land surrounding the river and most importantly they always put our safety first when it came to riding the rapids. I would recommend Arizona Rafting as my #1 rafting choice hands down!

We go rafting every two years and we always use Wilderness aware. Their guides along with their staff upon arrival are wonderful. We have always had an amazing trip when going with Wilderness aware.

Wilderness Aware is by far one of the best rafting outfits around. Though I've been white water rafting numerous times, this was my first experience through the Salt River. Upon arrival, the company location was professional and easy to find. The facilities are sufficient for changing, and of course the river trip was fantastic. The guides were well trained, very experienced and very personable. Our group enjoyed every bit of our day. I would highly recommend Wilderness Aware to anyone looking to raft the Salt River or any of the various trips they offer.

Wilderness Aware was amazing, we had such a fun day! The guide was great, he gave us fun facts all day and kept us entertained with stories. He guided us through the river with expertise so we always felt safe. We had a great time on the river and lunch was very good, better than I could have ever expected rafting down a river. We will definitely be back!

I took my twelve-year old son and his best friend on this trip. We had a great time! The boys were impressed with lunch. I was impressed by the organization of everything. The guides are wonderful! At the end of the trip my son said, “Can we go again next weekend?” Lol! Definitely an adventure he will remember for the rest of his life. Thank you!
