Glyn did a fantastic job, teaching us all about conflict and how to manage it. Explained to us about if we had an accident , how to report it and use of self safety personal protective device.

Great course, very informative and engaging

I took part in the Conflict Management & Lone Working Safety course with Glyn Jones and thought it was great. Glyn was a brilliant tutor—really friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew his stuff. He made the session feel relaxed and engaging, which helped everyone get involved and ask questions.

The course itself was super useful, with loads of practical tips for dealing with tricky situations and staying safe when working alone. Glyn used real-life examples and kept things down to earth, which made everything easier to understand and apply.

By the end of the day, I felt much more confident about handling conflict and working on my own. I’d definitely recommend this course to anyone in a role where these skills are important—especially with Glyn leading it!

Garth delivered a course on Conflict Management and Lone Worker training today and must say it’s one of the best training courses I have participated in a long time. From start to finish, he kept the whole group engaged with his presentation and also got everyone to contribute.
He is a very knowledgeable guy with a vast amount of experience and was very thankful for him sharing some of these personal accounts with us.

Garth delivered our lone worker/personal safety training today and can honestly say it was the best training I've ever had whilst working with the council (and thats spanning 12 years). It was so interesting and also helps that Garth had so much outside life experience with conflict and aspects of safety and awareness.

After attending a work course to day on Conflict Management & Lone Worker Training given by Garth all I can say that it was excellent. You know how you usually are ‘oh no another work course..boring etc! Well this was definitely wasn’t and having a guy with so much experience delivering the course on a topic he clearly excells in was a pleasure. Too be fair anything that keeps me sat still for 3.5 hours without getting all fidgety and bored is a compliment of its own 😂 all in all an excellent course delivered professionally and also made enjoyable is a credit to Garth..brilliant A+++
