I have been arranging storage remotely, and the team have been nothing but helpful and professional. They were quick to respond and very flexible to help support my needs. When the items being stored would not fit into one storage, they were able to quickly arrange another storage for me and allowed the removal company to continue while I was settling payment and signing paperwork. Highly recommend this company, easy to work with and so helpful

I've been using Safestore at Ruislip since July 2025 and I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. On one occasion I misplaced my key to my lock-up and although it was almost closing time a staff member, named Omari, volunteered to wait a further half-hour beyond closing time for me to go home to retrieve the key. Luckily, that wasn't necessary because I found the misplaced key after all. But it shows their friendly customer service approach.
The place is clean and tidy and the rates are reasonable.

Well what can I say about these guys at Safestore Ruislip, they are great, Marcus and his team, Ali and Omarion were very Veryan helpful, they helped us with our storage, they listened to our needs and showed us some units, we needed a unit on the ground floor and they really excelled themselves. We'll done boys, will definitely be recommending you to our family and friends!

Complete joke of a company. Have increased my monthly charge from £321 to £489, I was informed that my charge would be reduced to £290, therefore as a long term customer over a decade, I do not understand how an increase can be justified. This is the Ruislip branch. A new customer would be offered a much lower rate, therefore it seems customer loyalty is no longer a provision for decent service or pricing. Plenty of local competition, therefore I will have to leave.

First time I have needed to use a storage unit and opted for our local Safestore in Ruislip. From initial enquiry to removal of all items, the team were extremely helpful and professional. The unit itself was perfect for my needs, clean and dry and easily accessible. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Went to Safestore in Ruislip as it is a DHL drop off point for a parcel I was returning. And Zee the Store Manager was on the front desk and greeted me with a smile! I chose Ruislip as it had parking where as the other nearer me are on main roads and its a pain to park. I knew I made the right choice as walking in a bit apprehensive Zee definitely made me feel at eaase and even though I wasn't there for the actual Safe Storage having a nose through the windows its a pretty good set up and will be the first place I go to if I need additional storage for sure! Zee was not only friendly and welcoming but he knows the area, knows his stuff and was kind, friendly and professional.
DHL just need to give the site a bigger sign to advise it is DHL Service point, the current sign which is about A5 size is only readable when you go up to the door!!
