I had to lodge a complaint about a Kenyan tour operator who had retained money from us illegally. The support and advice from Amber in the Complaints Team were excellent. The complaint has now been resolved.

The speed at which we received a reply even at odd times of the day and night! The service and depth of knowledge was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble if we wanted to tweak something eg hotels. The booking process was really easy and it was very good value for money.
