This website discourages negative reviews. I recently posted a negative review since my money was stolen when using one of the operator “Peak Season Africa Safaris”, I’ve seen that a line under the review indicating the review was purely opinions of individuals, not the company, which i understand. But you don’t see this line under positive reviews. If you noticed, most of the reviews are 5 stars, rarely 1 star review, you think this is normal and trustable?

I explored many many websites for over 8 months to find my perfect safari experience. I found MJ Safari and Adventures on SafariBookings.com. It was exactly what I was lookin for. Small in size (7 people per vehicle), Jeeps not overland vehicles, Focus on animals. I did my booking through MJ Safaris directly but was glad I found them on SafariBookings. In dealing with MJ Safari directly Jackson was very communicative. As a first time solo traveler to Africa you have a lot of questions and he answered them all. There was one time when I didnt get a reply for about a week but a quick WhatsApp call cleared it all up. Im excited for my Safari in 2027!

The site has all the information you can need for booking tours in Africa. It is easy to navigate and is set out clearly. I can't recommend this site enough for all your african travel plans.

SafariBookings worked well and made it easy to compare different safari options. The website is clear and useful for getting an overview. The main downside is that it is ultimately only a comparison platform: the actual booking is handled directly with the individual safari companies outside SafariBookings. So, there is no additional booking service or support provided by SafariBookings itself.

There's a really wide range of safaris offered to choose from with plenty of information about them, but it was easy to narrow it down to what you're looking for and ask for quotes. We got very quick responses to our requests and we're able to book the safari we wanted within days. Excellent service that we recommend and will use again.

My spouse and I had pretty specific ideas for what we wanted on this trip and they were handled with respect - we are pleased with the communications that occurred and are looking forward to actually arriving in South Africa!

Booking the gorilla safari was generally very easy. However, cancelling the booking and receiving a refund was drawn out and made over complex. Our refund has still not been received from Bushcraft.
