Was just looking for an emmitter. Then I decided to build a whole hilt. Even got the emmitter powdered coated and it is amazing. My new saber is a great addition to my collection. Highly recommend to anyone one that wants a 1 of 1 custom saber. Marie provided amazing customer service with this process.

By a mistake, I bought something from their website. Cause my phone use shop payment. I tried to cancel it two minutes after no easy way to do that so I needed to text them. I texted an email saying that it was a mistake and I wanted to cancel it here they told me that there cancellation policy has a 7% fee due to unrecoverable transaction and change fees.
In 2025 that is some of the baddest customer service to charge for a cancellation of an order.. I would understand if that was a return. But no, they didn’t even print the order out yet.

I will never recommend a company to anyone who has that bat of a policy for cancellation.. hope someday this company will learn how important customer service is

Do not buy from Saberforge. My saber was only 10 days from new when it stopped working. I had to return it at my own cost and they would not reimburse me and said the problem was my fault to cover their poor workmanship. Terrible product, self serving company. Buy from someone else.

The process was very easy

When I had queries about time periods due to international aspects they were very prompt on response and everything arrived when they said it would safe and sound.

Good overall, I love the selections, and finishing options. Items are always packaged well, and I’ve never received any damaged items from shipment. Shipping times are consistent with each of the several orders I’ve made. Sure, out of stock items have limited my choices at times, but it’s understandable I think. Overall I’ve always had good experiences and visit the site often

It arrived when it was supposed to.

The unlucky bag was filled with sub par garbage.
A bottle opener clearly hand forged in a sweatshop.
A logo’d stress ball, sweets, a Pokémon trading card (?????) a picture of random bearded people (????)
The free knife, I’m hoping it was the free one, a sub standard liner lock that doesn't reliably lock.
A “Damascus” knife which was very poorly finished and sharpened on a brick.
A branded mat which to be fair was the best thing in the “lucky” bag.
Plastic toys and a pendant (which is actually not too bad)
All in all whilst I wasn’t expecting an Elmax Ray Mears Woodlore I wasn’t expecting this rubbish.
I have emailed customer services and tried leaving a review twice on the website but miraculously had no reply🤔.
So I’ll leave this here and hope Raven Forge read it and actually get in touch, but I’m not holding my breath.
Bitterly disappointed.

Very flexible with powdercoating. I requested something hyper specific and came exactly as described.

You are the best! You had my son's lightsaber delivered just in time for Christmas Eve, even though it was expected 4 days after. Wonderful surprise for him Christmas morning! He loves it! He's been dreaming of one for years. He is going to use it at Megacon this year! So excited!

This is my 4th Saber. Was apprehensive for years about buying from them, due to international tariffs etc. But very worth it after buying my first one.

Item as described, lead times given are realistic. Do not expect 2-Day shipping options.

I receive the package one day earlier. Exaclty what i was looking for.

The saber that came was exact what my son designed. Awesome work.
