Alhamdulillah, this was my third time traveling to Al Aqsa with Sabeel Travels and my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent - clear, timely, and always reassuring. Every detail was well thought out, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free.

We stayed at Hashmi Hotel, which was in an excellent location, just a short walk to Al Aqsa. The hotel’s amenities were brilliant—the rooms were cleaned daily, and both breakfast and dinner were included in the package. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left us more than satisfied!

A special thanks to Faraz Bhai for his dedication and tireless efforts. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. His patience, organisation, and genuine care for the group made this trip even more special.

I felt completely safe throughout my time there. The only challenge was being denied entry into Al Aqsa on some days, but the group’s constant communication and teamwork helped us navigate through different gates until we gained access. The persistence and unity within the group made the experience even more special.

If you’re considering visiting Al Aqsa, I highly recommend Sabeel Travels. May Allah swt bless them for their efforts, and I look forward to traveling with them again, InshaAllah!

Al Aqsa Tour 2025 -
I traveled with Sabeel Travels for the first time with my husband and our two-year-old. Initially, I had some reservations, but they took care of everything and made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. The itinerary was well-planned, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We made lasting memories and had an amazing time. Looking forward to traveling with them again, Inshallah! Highly recommend!

This is my first group tour and first time to Al Aqsa. My initial concerns about travelling with strangers were soon to put to rest. The group became like family. Sabeel Travel made sure logistically everything went smoothly. The bond within the group was fantastic as we all looked out for one another. With brother Faraaz's pleasant and calm nature, nothing was too much. My first sight of Masjidul Aqsa is indescribable. Something you have to experience for yourself. I felt safe at all times and followed Brother Faraaz's advice at all times.

I am a non-British citizen and recently had my Saudi eVisa refused without any explanation, which caused me a lot of stress as all my bookings were already made. I was recommended to contact Brother Faraz, who kindly assisted me with applying for an Umrah visa.

We travelled to Makkah from Jeddah on 13th to 15th December 2024.

We used Sabeel Travels for airport pick up and return drop off. We paid in advance of travel. Services was excellent, loads of early communication before our trip. Started with a WhatsApp call explaining how the pick up will work, where to meet etc, down to details of return journey. Felt well cared for and any questions was answered with a few minutes.

I recommend grabbing a revolut esim or similar before you travel to ensure smooth communication when in country.

Great service at an excellent price! Communication was very easy via WhatsApp and we used Sabeel travels throughout our trip to Saudi moving from Jeddah, to Madinah, to Makkah and back to Jeddah again.

I contacted Sabeel in a short time asking if umrah can be booked for me and my family members. Within a day the booking was done and during my travels on a daily basis I was contacted by the Sabeel agent asking if everything is okay etc. honestly I would definitely recommend this company as the service is just the best and the price is always great. I recently joined a Bosnia trip organized by Sabeel Travels, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The itinerary was thoughtfully designed, allowing us to explore the best of Bosnia's culture and natural beauty. Allhumdulillah, my wife and myself have had a thoroughly enjoyable time in Jordan. Each day was memorable one. Petra, The Blessed Tree, the Cave of the 7 Sleepers - out of this world experience. Wadi Rum, desert safari, Magic Camp - wonderful!! The hotels and the good, excellent. Our group leader Jubair - so patient and knowledgeable. Our guide Abdulrahman - very polite, understanding, with great local contacts, a thorough understanding of his country, passionate about his talks. We went on the Ottoman Heritage and Ertugrul tour of Turkey with Al Ansar and Sabeel travels in August.
We stayed in Bursa for 3 nights and then went to Iznik, Sogut, Bilecik and then stayed in Istanbul for 4 nights. We also went to Bozdag film Platolari. If you’re an Ertugrul fan then it’s absolutely amazing. We went on the Bosphorus boat tour, horse riding and archery. Had a lovely time. The group leaders were absolutely amazing so well organised, no complaints at all. Always available to answer any queries. They were always first in the lobby waiting to greet everyone with a smile and making sure everything was okay.
Alhumdulillah it was an amazing tour from start to finish. InshaAllah we will most definitely be booking another tour with them in the future. May Allah grant them more barakah in their lives and their business. Aameen.

We were 11 members of the same family with an elderly wheelchair bound mother and 3 young grandchildren.
I can speak for all my family and say that we had a wonderful time.from the beginning of our journey from Birmingham Airport. to the return. We were looked after all way.the hotels were very good the transport was never late .spacious and clean.
The tour guides were wonderful, pampered all the way.
And Mr faraz kept in touch with all the members on Umrah.

A very well organised tour, with a good balance of visits to the various islamic sights and free time to worship, explore and shop (to support the local shopkeepers).
The group leader (brother Zahir) was fantastic. He was with us throughout the trip and was always available if we needed anything.
Though the tour operator (brother Faraaz) could not accompany the group in person this time, he was readily available via a group watsapp he created prior to the trip, which he used to update and communicate with the group regularly.

My recent travels to Jordan/Palestine has truly been great. Throughout the journey and experience Faraz Uncle kept everyone in loop in what was going on each day. He planned each day perfectly and gave us all an itinerary with information on what we was doing, where we was going and what time we would be doing the tours. Even though Faraz uncle could not make this trip he was constantly in contact to make sure we was all okay and managed to do each activity everyday. Whenever I was in need of help Faraz could did not hesitate to help provide information and help.

Everything was perfect from Jordan/Palestine, the hotel was amazing, the food was impressively tasty and everything ran smoothly. Zaheer brother looked after us the entire trip, he guided us throughout the journey and was always available when we was in need. He went up and above to make sure we was all okay and helped us with any inquiries we needed. May Allah reward Faraz uncle and brother Zaheer.
