Procesul de creare mi s-a părut foarte simplu și intuitiv. Aplicația este ușor de folosit și mi-a plăcut că oferă multe opțiuni de personalizare fără să fie complicată. Am reușit să fac design-ul exact cum mi-am dorit, și rapid. În ceea ce privește albumul, calitatea este foarte bună. Am ales varianta 21x21 Professional Line cu copertă din in natural și arată foarte bine, are un aspect elegant și o textură plăcută. Paginile sunt groase, iar hârtia mată redă culorile foarte bine și, în același timp, nu rămân amprente, ceea ce este un mare plus. Sistemul Layflat mi se pare unul dintre cele mai reușite aspecte. Faptul că albumul se deschide complet și pozele pot fi puse pe două pagini fără pierderi de detalii face o diferență clară. Experiența a fost foarte bună și cu siguranță voi mai comanda pe viitor și voi recomanda produsul si alor persoane.

I order one photo book from them, it was manufactured and shipped in less than 2 days, which is amazing, and the quality of the book itself is phenomenal, the paper is nice and thick and the colors pop out

​Recent am avut ocazia să testez serviciile Saal Digital printr-un voucher iar rezultatul a depășit așteptările din punct de vedere calitativ al materialelor. Am ales coperta brushed metal iar finisajul este foarte interesant și diferit de hârtie, cu siguranță l-aș recomanda.
Aplicația pt desktop este și ea foarte intuitivă și ușor de folosit oferind atât opțiuni de auto-layout pentru cei care vor rapiditate, cât și control total manual. Overall, experiență foarte bună.

The album has thin pages and compare to the competition (albume kalisto,albume foto hd) this quality is over over priced. With the half of the money you want i get at least double quality and paper with 700gr/cm2

Calitatea este una premium, comparativ cu multi alti producatori din domeniu, insa pretul este foarte pieperat pentru piata din Romania. La "Professional Line XT", pentru 20 pagini 30x30 cm (insemnand 10 colaje/deschideri), pretul platit este de 406,49 lei + 175 lei pentru coperta "Acrilic + piele artificială, suprafața de acoperire: imitație de piele albă". Rezulta un total de 581,49 lei, fara cutie, pentru care preturile incep de la 250 lei, (fara transportul de 29,99 lei). In aceste conditii, sunt mai mult decat sigur ca ai mei clienti nu ar plati preturile astea pentru o fotocarte, cu atat mai putin pentru una cu vreo 20 colaje si cutie. Insa tin sa repet: coperta, filele si printurile (culori, contrast), sunt absolut impecabile.

Nu am primit pachetul cu albumul și nici nu-i pot da de urmă.

I made an album and is amazing.Is perfect!I LOVE it!

The Saal app is not stable at all (both for Android and IOS), it freezes a lot during the photobook creation process, it exists the application for no reason (crashes) and overall it is a very frustrating process and time consuming. The website is no better, I had issues with logging into my account multiple times as the pages were not loading.
The customer service is totally unsatisfactory and practically non existing, there is no phone number I can reach and via email the response time is very long and I might add not very helpful.
I had an urgent order that I needed to place with express shipping for which the app crashed on me as I was making the payment. The money for the order were charged from my account however the order was not process. This was very important and urgent to be solved asap however the customer service was extremely slow and not helpful. They advised via email that the order was not processed and I will be reimbursed for the money charged. They did not advise how much time it will take for the money to be reimbursed (as we speak they do NOT show up in my account) nor why the project appeared to be in the “Orders” section in my Saal App. I tried following up with customer service for DAYS to understand exactly what is happening and when will I get my money back or if indeed the order was not process. I had no response for DAYS and mind you this order was very important and urgent for me….
It is extremely frustrating to deal with Saal even if the final product is a quality product. The whole process is time consuming, nerve wrecking and frustrating and I will not be ordering again from Saal as it treats customers with no respect or care for their needs and expectations…

It is the perfect gift u can make for someone. Great memories. I recive earlier then expected . I recomand to all my friends and social media .

Am primit albumul și este atât de frumos , îmi plac foarte mult paginile lucioase se vad atât de bine , termenul de livrare a fost scurt în câteva zile a ajuns , are coperta de piele neagra , foarte elegant.recomand cu mare drag
