I used Ryan Property Law LLP both when I bought my house in 2021 and when I sold it in 2026, and on both occasions the service was excellent.

The team provided a top-level service throughout. Communication was always timely, the instructions were clear, and the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.

I have been very happy with their support and would highly recommend Ryan Property Law LLP.

I have sold a number of rental properties over the past 14 months and used Ryan Property Law on each occasion due to the high standard of service they provide. Lynda and Kathryn’s communication throughout was excellent and I felt confident at all stages that they were doing everything possible to chase other parties to ensure completion at the earliest opportunity. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Not an easy journey for the sale and purchase of my properties but Emily was fantastic throughout the whole 9 months it took! Amazingly professional and kept me updated at all stages! I felt safe in her hands and couldn't have asked for anything better!

We used Ryan’s to both sell and buy in summer 2025 and Emily, Melissa and Megan were excellent. It was a very stressful process due to other companies and parties involved in our chain, but our team at Ryan’s helped and supported us so much. I had to call so many times but was always treated with kindness and patience and not as if I was a nuisance. I was always able to reach somebody when issues arose, which is not the given you might think, and I was able to rely on what they told me about what was happening, when, and why. When it came to surveys coming back, they dealt with stuff without us having to lift a finger and were so thorough. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We’ve used Ryan Property Law many times over the years and every time they do a fantastic job. Lynda and Kathryn are a brilliant team, we always feel comfortable that they have our best interests at heart, they’re very efficient and I never have to chase to find out what’s happening. This was the first time we’d bought a house in over 30 years, so I wasn’t quite sure where to start. After a little online research, I opted for Ryan Property Law simply because they’re local and have excellent reviews, and I’m so glad I did.

In hindsight I think we were a little naive in thinking that a private cash purchase would be quick – as it turned out, the involvement of probate solicitors meant the process dragged on longer than we anticipated. But as our self-imposed deadline approached and we started to panic, Ryan Property Law moved quickly, decisively and calmly to get the project over the line. Their approach was professional and thorough, making the whole process smooth and (relatively) stress-free.

At this stage in my life, I’m not planning to buy property again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use Ryan Property Law again. Recommended!

We recently used Ryans Property Law for the sale of our home, and I can honestly say they were exceptional throughout the entire process.

Although our completion ended up being delayed (through no fault of theirs), we always felt completely informed and supported. They were proactive in reaching out to us regularly, explaining the situation at every stage and reassuring us that they were doing everything they could to move things forward.

What really stood out was how much they genuinely seemed to care. It never felt like we were just another file on a desk – they were personally invested in achieving the best outcome for us. Even during the most stressful points of the delay, we felt confident that Ryans had our back and were working hard to protect our interests.

I’d like to personally acknowledge Emily and Melissa – both were efficient, responsive, and kept me regularly updated throughout. A special thanks also to Neil and Lynda, the partners at the firm. Neil, in particular, took the time to speak with me personally on several occasions, explaining what was happening and offering valuable reassurance during a stressful period.

Kathryn and Sarah did an outstanding job during our first property purchase. They were there every step of the way advising us on any challenges we faced and queries we had. I'm a bit disappointed I have run out of houses to sell. (BTL) They are a pleasure to work with.

I’ve been asked by Ryan property law via our conveyancer to remove this post and have been threatened with action if I don’t remove it in a week.
I feel this is wrong as this is my true review and I wouldn’t feel making this up would benefit anyone. Why have trust pilot and a 1 star option if you can’t add what you feel is your opinion.

I am writing this review as I was involved in chain.

The buyers of our property used this firm.

On one occasion our estate agent contacted them to get an update and the solicitor put the phone down on them. I received the message from the home move team informing me of this as soon as I heard I informed the buyers.

From the experience in this chain I’m pleased we haven’t instructed them for our sale and purchase as I didn’t find them helpful, friendly or supportive in my opinion.


Two days before completion. Another enquiry comes across after she had already informed all the chain she was finally satisfied. Still no sign of exchange of contracts

On the day of moving still no contracts exchanged This didn’t happen until 1.30 house already packed up at 12. We were then being Charged by removals for wait time due to no completion until 3.30.

We had to email the managing director of this firm to try get things moving on the day of completion this surely shouldn’t be required. Our buyers agreed to this and were cc’d into the email. A reply was only sent to them as expected from the managing director that was appreciated as things started to move along.
Stressful for us on completion day.

We recently sold our property through Ryan Property Law & found them to be efficient & helpful throughout the sale.
Our target completion date was 28th March 2025, which we realised was going to be a very busy time for them due to the changes in stamp duty rates, but they pulled out all the stops & we exchanged contracts with a week to spare!
