System is great and reliable
top job gets better all the time,, cud do with sumthing that fit on handel bars to make opperating easier when riding
Absolutely disgusted by this company. Order $900 worth of gear and nothing fit (normal size and weight) after taking measurements and choosing sizes from from their charts (not a huge issue). My issue starts two weeks after I received their email that stated my return had been received and would be processed shortly. No refund was issues, so I had to reach out. Email back stated "were working on it, give us more time." So I sat patently and gave them another week. Nothing. I had to reach out again. "insert another excuse, give us more time" Third email is 36 days after had received my return. "insert another excuse, give us more time" I was going to order the next size helmet up once I received my order refund, but now I'm not even sure i'll ever get back the original $900 I spent with them.
Really good product. Needs a Bluetooth controller as buttons can be hard to locate whilst riding.
easy to use and set up, good sound quality
Excited to check it out . Helmet arrives tomorrow!
Quick and simple Installation.
Amazing sounds easy to install instructions work great
Microphone does not work.
Great product
Great for music but phone calls seem to garble out or cut out. Possibly due to wind noise in helmet.
Good kit well presented as well
Great sound system, installing was easy after the learning curve.
Easy install
Easy to install to the helmet there are places for all the wires which hide them all. I had a little trouble updating as couldn’t use my MAC computer to do this.
I buy it but never I received???
Shockwave seems to work well but to operate takes some visual and mental memorization since you can't see the buttons when wearing the helmet. When removing padding for the shockwave audio install, be careful pulling out the padding as the clips can break. Ruroc said they would send a replacement but haven't received it yet.
Works well
It’s convenient, installing it was easy. For the price its not worth it when Cardo for half the price has better sound quality.
