I forgot to collect my pre-ordered t-shirt after the Southport 10K so I emailed to ask if it could be posted. I was happy to cover P&P. It did take several emails back and forth but each email was pleasantly written and eventually I was told it would be posted out to me. T-shirt has just arrived and it’s teal… The photos on the website clearly show dark blue. I haven’t the energy to go through the hassle of returning it but as a warning to others, website photos are not true representations of the products.

Terrible. Poorly organised and rude staff. Would not recommend.

The material is too thin to keep anyone warm this time of year. Not happy in the slightest

I have to say, this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They have essentially stolen £12 from me through their incompetence, and I can no longer bear to deal with them to sort it out.

There has been absolutely no proactiveness in their approach to resolving my situation, which started when they gave me the wrong t-shirt at an event. Now, two months later, I am still without the correct t-shirt. I returned the wrong one they initially sent, only to receive yet another incorrect t-shirt, which I also had to send back. It’s truly pitiful.

I think the t-shirts are of very good quality, and I was excited to receive another one. However, this experience has put me off participating in future events. This should have been simple: run the event, get a t-shirt. Instead, I’m here two months later still chasing them up.

Jon and his team will need to make significant improvements in the future.

Received a T-shirt at the Gloucester Half this year and loved it. Ordered and have just received a long sleeve zip up top and “in the zone” shorts. Great shorts, Phone pocket and a key pocket. Roll on the next run.

Great service and great product. I loved the Shakespeare marathon and regretted not getting a t-shirt on the day so I ordered one, it arrived in good time and is the best fitting high wick t-shirt I’ve ever had. Normally event t-shirts are shapeless but this fits in all the right places and is scooped at the back so that it doesn’t ride up with a camelbak on. I want the shorts now!

I’ve been cheated! I placed my order in the 3rd of March and paid for shipping which was standard. The site says that delivery is super fast too! But till the 10th the order wasn’t even shipped. And I was leaving UK for a 6 month assignment so vacating my residence. I wrote to customer service asking for a refund or delivery before Thursday 14th. They sent me this note:

Thank you for reaching out. I understand the urgency of your situation. I've looked into your order #23XXX and have prioritized it with our dispatch team to ensure it's processed as quickly as possible.

“If the order cannot be delivered by Thursday, we will arrange for its cancellation and refund as per your request.”

So they promised me delivery before the Thursday which was anyway a 10 day delay to their original promise or a refund!!

The order never got to me. And since then I have asked them for a refund with this email being shared but they have just maintained silence. The order was apparently delivered on Friday when I had already vacated the residence!

Cheated! 1 additional star for at least having the courtesy of first response. They deserve a zero.

Top is a very thin/cheap feeling material and I like other quality dry-fit products from other retailers. The sizing guide was WAY off which mean I now need to refund or exchange but there no info on how to do that other than ‘email us’??
They got my name wrong on the thank you note but the order was correct.

- Love the running shirt, length makes it a stand out. Good fabric
- Hoody very comfortable. (Though writing this before I have washed it)
- Puffer Jacket very warm, comfortable and length a bonus. Zips are not high standard, had to fix one. But that was manageable and, hey, paid £49.50

Not only was my order delivered super quick but the quality of the merchandise is fantastic too! Very happy with my order

Bought 2 long sleeved tops - one thick and one thin - both fantastic quality and good fit. Love the thumb loops and just the right length on the body. Also came with a couple of treats and a personal note - lovely touch.

Great quality and communication from RunThrough. Never had any issues with them. Ready to place another order for more 😁

Most easiest transaction out there I had order white socks as the website did say out of stock. However when I got in contact with the helpdesk. They change my socks and also update the website very promptly for other customers.

The best running shorts out there! As an experienced athlete I have tried and tested so many but these are my favourite! So comfy, great sizing and perfect colours!

Terrible experience. Ordered several weeks ago. No communication, no explanation for delay, no response to emails or social media messages. No refund available. There is no telephone contact number either which doesn’t install much confidence. Don’t trust them and I’ll never encourage anyone to buy from them.
