For anyone wondering, the owners if this platform is Witty and MX799 (both scammers, there are videos of them on youtube). They use to own a luring clan called teamSharky. I use to be a mod on this platform and they would refuse withdrawals to get them to gamble more and ban players , lots of sketchy stuff

Basically I initiated a BTC transfer from crypto.com to runechat and I lost about 40$ in the process. Losing the amount wasn't the end of the world but i'm glad it happened because i got to see the true colors of the runechat website support system. Since when I first started using the website for sports betting 3 years ago, there was noticeable improvement to the website (sportsbetting) Be that as it may the bad reviews all are true about the moderators and support system. The communication is poor and minimal. In my case they told me to be patient with the issue which i was then Hades said i was all set... Like what does that mean and no money was returned to my account. So basically if there is any problem with your account be sure the ticket will be opened and you will be neglected with proper procedure. Everything happens for a reason. It's not worth using this sportsbook because it's super unprofessional and borderline scamming people. There is absolute no trust between players and the organization.
