Excellent service from RUG MERCHANT.
I ordered my rug on the Thursday and recieved it on the Tuesday - had expected to wait 7 - 10 days.
Opened up the parcel and REALLY pleased with the QUALITY of my purchase.
I would definately order from this company again, and happy to recommend to others!

I bought a rug a few weeks ago online . I chose my style and colour but once I ordered it I changed my mind on my colour choice . I emailed Rug merchant and they were happy to amend my order and got back to me within minutes of my email getting sent . The Rug surpassed my expectations , very happy with it and the service I received . Will purchase more Rugs. From them in the future .

Colour and style was just what I was looking for. No problems with order or delivery

all goo thanks

Really please with the service, delivery and final product which matched our requirements perfectly as per the web site

its just what we wanted at a good price.

Bought the shaped butterfly rug for my granddaughter, very nice rug and good price. Needed to contact company, excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

The rugs I bought for my girls' bedrooms are absolutely stunning. The colours are vibrant and they are a nice, cheerful focus for the bedrooms. They're big enough for the girls to sit on while they play on an otherwise cold, hard wooden floor, and have had a number of compliments from visitors already! Will definitely use again!

They do not honour their offers when orders have been accepted. Told my Payment had been credited and that they would phone when back in stock. Still waiting for the call. Very disappointed. Trading Standards will be informed.

If you are looking to buy a rug, with quick delivery,&,when it arrives,to find it is exactly as described, with great customer service, then look no futher! You have my recommend to use this company, because I will certainly do so in the future.

We received such personal sevice, it was fantastic. Their knowledge of rugs was very impressive, allowing us to choose the perfect rug for our home. Without their expertise we would have struggled, it's the first time we've chosen correctly and got a rug that fulfilled all our criteria.
Many thanks, we'll definitely come back to you!

Circular rugs are hard to come by and although I did find a couple of cheaper ones the quality of this one looked better. When it arrived I was really pleased, it is a heavy weight rug which stays where it is put because of the weight. Thanks very much.

I have been looking for a rug for my teenage son's bedroom for a while but as I have purchased many other less expensive rugs in the past I wanted this one to last. The rug is fantastic quality, really thick 100% wool and very luxurious to touch. Together with the underlay, so the rug will not move around on the wooden floor, the rug looks amazing. Thanks to 'The Rug Merchant' for a super product at a very reasonable price , highly recommended to everyone out there!

I bought 8 rugs for our new house, the personal shopper service was amazing, they even brought catalogue's to the house and put allot of effort into ensuring we got the right rugs for the design of our house, when the rugs arrived they were fantastic, great quality and they look brilliant. Well done Rug Merchant I will be back buying more rugs in the future.
