Rubicon stand head and shoulders above other recruitment agencies. I had the pleasure of connecting with Claire Heckford regarding a Contract opportunity . Claire took the time to understand my skillset and to share as much information about the role as she possibly could. Claire managed my expectations regarding the timeline for review of applications and provided me with detailed feedback on my application which has allowed me to adjust the content of my CV for future applications. This level of service is very difficult to find in the recruiting space and I would recommend Claire and Rubicon to anyone searching for their next opportunity in the IT Contracting industry, they really do excel.
