We ordered day 2 & 8 test plus day 5 to release.
Registered day 2 on the 23rd June, registered day 5 on the 26th.
NO RESULTS states awaiting results;
£280-00 we paid this Company. What a scam
we have all had enough Companies making money out of a Pandemic that is killing lots of people, you should be ashamed Rtdiagnostics.
I for one will be chasing my refund!!!

We bought the day 2/8 and day 5 test to release from them before we left for England. As soon as I needed to ask them a question I realized my mistake. I managed to get through to a person only once after waiting on hold for ages, then found the phone line to be permanently busy. I didn’t think to read the reviews before buying since the company was on the government website. It took 4 days to even “receive” my day 2 test, which if you’re trying to get out of isolation is useless. We ended up paying an extra 200 pounds to Assured Screening to do our day 5 test so we could get out of quarantine with out waiting 4 days post test. What a waste of money!!

Placed my order online 2 days before arriving home which was there waiting for me when I returned. Read all the negative reviews and wondered if I'd made the right decision selecting this company. Did my day 2 test on Saturday and wasn't sure if they did testing over the weekend. Sent an email Monday afternoon enquiring if the test had been received giving my RT number and got the result back straight away. Did day 8 test Friday and got results Sunday night which was my last day of quarantine. No problem at all using this company emails answered straight away and results received promptly.
They was the cheapest provider on the website and they did their job well. So if you read this, don't get discouraged, it's possible to not have a bad experience!

waste of time and money. no response no refunds

RT sent the package when we were away and package could not fit through letterbox as two tests were taped together. When we followed up they resent only one test instead of two. Once they received the tests it took 1.5 days for one result and a further day for the second. Had to chase multiple times, after waiting on the phone for over an hour was reassured it would be sent before 6pm but it never came. Had to chase again, and only thanks to a very helpful Shaz we finally got the result. Would not recommend.

Reading all the negative reviews, I had very low expectations, but that's the case for most of the "government-approved" test providers so I knew there is not much I can do about it.
I ordered the tests 1.5 weeks before my arrival to the UK to make sure they arrive before me, and they did, about 4 days after making the order. I tested myself on the morning of day 1 and sent it by 8am (i.e. put it into priority postbox) - received the result on the evening of day 4. Because of that, I was pretty unconvinced about receiving day 5 results on time and bought a same-day service somewhere else, but surprisingly, I received the results on the evening of day 6, so really not too bad. For day 8, I got the results on the evening of day 10, I was out of the quarantine anyway.
To summarise - it was really not too bad. I think they may not be prioritising day 2 results, since they don't make any difference, hence long wait for the results. But day 5 results were prompt (in other places you have to pay extra for "next-day result" - and that was only £50), same with day 8 (which again, might have not been prioritised since they knew I'm out of quarantine already). It was the cheapest provider on the website and they did their job well. So if you read this, don't get discouraged, it's possible to not have a bad experience!

Does anyone have put a claim against RTdiagnostics? I did my 1st test on the 14th of June and I am still waiting for the results. I tried calling but nothing. I sent a few complains through their website but I have no answers. I even paid the day 5 test to realise my quarantine and after 10 days I am still without the result. I want my money back! And I would like to know if someone has managed to made an official complain and get a refund.

Tests arrived promptly but from then on the service is appalling. No response to phone calls waited on line 1hour and 20 minutes before hanging up. Test sent off, first test received by them at 8.30 am 23rd June received results 03.37 on 26th June, coming up to 48 hrs for my day 5 test to release still nothing. Complete failure to deliver timely results.

My Day2 and Day8 testing kit package arrived in two days after purchase. Day2 results came in two days and now I am on the day 9th and I already hold my results of the Day8.

Their customer service was quick to email back, too.

I purchased the day 2 and day 8 test kits on the 12/06/21 and even now I haven’t received them. I requested a refund because it was no point sending because the time had passed and no one has gotten back to me or contacted me. I have tried calling on numerous occasions and their numbers constantly busy or when you do hold for over an hour the response from them is useless and unhelpful they redirect to their website or hang up the phone. I would like my refund ASAP and I’ll be looking at other ways to hold this business accountable for goods they haven’t delivered.

The RT Diagnostics website clearly states that they provide an "Accurate, Efficient and Timely" service for those of us needing Covid-19 tests - unfortunately this has not been my experience.
I have, however, managed to speak with someone on the phone in the Customer Service and Tracking departments, 4 times; with the Day 8 test still to go. To do this, I initially selected the department I wanted to speak with using the keypad, as directed by the automated message. Then, when the "hold" music started, I pressed 0 on the keypad (there is no prompt for this). The phone rang and was answered each time.

AVOID this company if you want results.

The test kits both arrived quickly.

However,
The online registration process to register the kit, didn’t work.
Resulting in no way to log in to check the results or register the day 8 kit.
The contact us phone line cuts out after the intro message.
It’s day 9 and we still don’t have our day 2 results meaning we haven’t been able to do the day 5 test and release.
We’ve had no response from our emails or the online contact us from.

Went throught RT Diagnostics for my Day 2 & Day 8 test. Tests came very quick but varied what was in the bags, luckily I had the swab and fluid for both so made the rest of it work.
After reading reviews I got very stressed I wouldn't get my results back so tried to get in touch with the company- proved very difficult and stressful. Eventually I got through and got my results in 2 hours. A little suspicious I only got this because I complained- how long would it have been otherwise?

My Day 8 results I got two days after posting so I was happy with this- just very glad I went to a separate company's walk in clinic for my Day 5. I wouldn't advise using this company.

Selected this for a 2 day test off the government approved list, was the first one and the least expensive - later read reviews while I was still away and worried it was a scam! Received test kit and results which is good, their customer service was quick to email back also. All good. Relieved!

I wish I read the reviews before using this absolute joke of a company.
Return mail bags not big enough so literally had to crush the box to make it fit. Items missing from the checklist. Results 2 days late. Customer services don’t seem to have a brain cell between them.
Be warned guys….

Ordered my day 2 and 8 whilst I was away got home 2 days later tests where delivered. Did my swabs sent them off and jobs a good en, got my results back within 24 hours.. well done RT diagnostics.

Very bad. Avoid! Daughter still waiting for her day 5 results - now on day 16. No response to emails, never answer the phone and no response to complaints. Daughter had to do full 10 day isolation and missed her graduation party. I’m fuming!

I have a family of 5 just come off holiday needed to get kits however was told by my friend not to go with RT Diagnostics but with this being the cheapest on the net I had no choice, I booked my kits which arrived on time however some items were missing I called up was on phone for at least an hour Amanda advised she will get these posted out came through quite quickly. Posted my tests results have come back quite rapidly very happy saved money on kits and happy with service received.

Very slow response. I haven't received day 8 results and I am on day 11. Test and trace told me that I have to continue qurantine until I receive the results or until I have completed 14 days of self isolation. Horrible

Would never us them again...
Flew in from Spain, all tests ordered, Day 2, 5 and 8. All arrived fine
I did Day 2 on Wednesday and Saturday still nothing...
Day 5 went today (I even ordered a 2nd Day 5 from another company as my Niece had this poor service and delay the week previous) so another expense to pay out but couldn't trust it
over an hour 'on hold' to find out some information...Nothing...Seriously bad given you are following all guidance and rules (should have given Matt Hancock a call to save me....) yet a company can't deliver its 'We value your business' on its 'hold list'
Thankfully I can still work and wasn't waiting for a Fit to Fly Result.
Will never use again!
