I’ve been really impressed with Rounton Coffee so far. I’ve had both the Rwamatamu and Bosque Lya on subscription, and the quality of the coffee has been consistently excellent.

I also have a separate subscription running for my family, and the feedback from them has been just as positive. Across the different coffees we’ve tried, the quality has been fantastic.

I recently had a small issue with one delivery, and the way Rounton handled it was exceptional. Customer service was quick, helpful and straightforward, and they arranged a replacement without any fuss.

Great coffee and genuinely excellent customer service. Very happy to continue subscribing.

My first order with Rountons and I'm absolutely delighted. Smooth coffees with well-balanced flavours, that are far superior to what my "high end" supermarket offers.

It's great that you can order whole beans or have them supplied ground for whatever you use to make coffee, as having them ground specifically for my cafetière makes a huge difference.

There's an excellent selection of single origin coffees available, so as well as purchasing the Bosque Lya and Apaneca again, I look forward to trying some of their others.

Having and hopefully continue to have a great working relationship with Rounton Coffee.
They sure do look after their customers, making sure the water quality is perfect going through the coffee machine.

Excellent coffee
I just ordered the Wako Jegso beans and I was very happy to find out that the taste was just how I was expecting it. Subtle fruity notes, but smooth overall.
I will be trying more of their coffee beans.

Having had some from Rounton last year,I found an absolute great bean...Daybreak blend ,(of which I now subscribe to directly.)
Midnight harvest & granary also great.All freshly roasted upon order Very Highly recommended

I recently registered for a wholesale account with Rounton Coffee for my new mobile coffee trailer. Beth was in contact with me from the offset and was incredibly helpful. As I hadn’t ordered on the portal before, Beth was more than happy to do this for me and provided plenty of advice on what types of coffee I should stock and also offered numerous other services! Nothing is too much trouble and there is always someone on the other end of the phone which sometimes you need when you are new to the business. 100% recommend!

Ordered two of the "Winter Coffee Gift Box" sets

Unfortunately there isn't actually a 'gift box' despite their website clearly stating there is

One of the best coffee Roasters around with a constant selection of favourites and new coffees to try. I'm nearly at the end of my 'lion slayer' coffee and this has to be in my top 3 coffees that I've had in 2024. Not the cheapest company, but very often with coffee you get what you pay for. Highly recommend and great customer service.

Website is a bit hard to navigate.

I'd like an every 3 weeks option. Once a month isn't quite the right setting for me, so, I end up topping up, which is annoying.

Coffee beans are great and I love the sustainability aspect. Worth navigating the slightly annoying website.

- The grinder I brought ~1yr ago started failing.
- Very smooth support from Emily on the support mailbox.
- Replacement delivered from the upstream supplier within 3 days.

Fantastic company with great credentials. I ordered different kinds of speciality coffee and top of the range hand grinder, which was very competitively priced. The coffee was absolutely amazing! I love reading about the provenance and the producers. There was a slight glitch with the delivery (not the company’s fault - the driver got lost), they were wonderfully helpful and responsive. A very happy customer!

Rountons coffee is excellent. I've been using their coffee for about a year now.
I use the subscription option, so I never run out, and have my favourite coffee delivered every month, fresh and gorgeous

Rounton always give a wonderful, descriptive & appealing review of their coffees, which make them very appealing to purchase! Although on the more expensive side, they always deliver........you get what you pay for!
If you want bland Costa coffee beans, avoid Rountons!

The delivery arrived two days earlier than Royal Mail said. They said it would come on Monday and it arrived on Saturday. Coffee was packed using no excess packaging. Coffee was as ordered

I have been a customer of Rounton Coffee for several years purchasing a coffee machine for the Christmas prior to the beginning of the COVID pandemic. I searched for a local coffee company and found Rounton, I must say it has been one of the best decisions I have made, no other coffee has hit the spot like Rounton, and the quality is so consistent. We love it, as a treat each morning.

I don’t like they didn’t answer my email earlier, besides i did asked them in the comments of my order (some filter and some espresso) and shipped me whole beans coffee! Why😭

I love rounton coffee so much. They have such a great range to choose from, and I find the tasting notes are really accurate and help me choose what to try. The granary blend is my favourite, and the Brazilian dark roast a close second.

I wish the reward points/beans were actually redeemable in some way, and I also wish the brand replied to questions and comments on social media. But at the end of the day it’s about the product, which is top quality and reliable.
