The Community Needs More- I Met Rose today while she was working on one of her murals in Edmonton in 14 hour shifts. What an uplifting peice of art - Made possible by members of the local area coming together and adding ideas and design suggestions then helping paint parts of the mural ❤ Our women, our children, sufferers of mental health / physical health conditions, people with learning difficulties- all ages, races, cultures and creeds in our diverse community pitched in and were welcomed by Rose to participate. All who got involved and impacted Edmonton Green were uplifted and positively impacted the area I for one Salute you. Call out to Councillor Bambos Charalambos speak to whoever you need to mate and let's help this philanthropic genius brighten up our entire Borough with art therapy. Let's Fund her next project or two.

This work is inspiring.
It’s a reflection of the artist- her aura and her spirit.
The intention of this art is skin deep and it’s more than just looking pretty. It’s a mind , body , soul and experience and sets the mode for children from 1-100.

I hope that this is a new era for art bringing forth to all the importance of what it should be about- a better world.

This should be funded for sure. Let’s paint the towns.

Beautiful and nurturing art work. A great incentive for the children in our local community. Honestly, this work is extremely therapeutic for the children who may come across struggles in their lives. It certainly helps them overcome any barriers they may be facing. Keep up the work guys!!! Loved the colours too!

I work in a large primary school and we were looking for someone who knew what they were doing to help our children create a mural for our local shopping centre. Rose has bent over backwards to make our mural project come to life. She has been fun, engaging and professional throughout. She is totally organised and the final piece will look brilliant. I had the chance to learn mural painting with the amazing Rose Hill at her recent mural projects in Hackney, Lewisham and Stoke Newington. I always had a huge interest in mural painting but I didn’t know where and how to start. Learning and practicing with Rose gave me the confidence and right skills to be commissioned for my first solo mural in Hackney Wick, which I would have NEVER been able to do without Rose! Rose Hill shared with me tips and techniques I could have never learnt on my own as well as ways of reducing waste by reusing materials.

Rose has done a wonderful job from start to finish at the Stamford hill Guinness trust estate with the community mural. I volunteered with her for a day and had nice day chatting as we painted the white walls that she had so meticulously cleaned from the dust and mold. The final product is like a facelift and the mural gives a positive and vibrant vibe to the community- the kids are attracted to play around it and it just cheers everyone up! I hope she gets a chance to do the rest of the wall though..

Rose is an extremely gifted artist. She is very friendly and professional person with an amazing talent. Rose painted a beautiful mural in our estate in one of the wall, which draws everyone’s attention in the estate and brought everyone together. The personal touch and the attention to details that Rose provided, by having a clear conversation and idea prior to the start on her work shop. In her workshop Rose was organised and neat she gave us a folder which has everything and we started to draw and pick a colour, learn how to draw patterns and etc. We really enjoyed the day it was fun unfortunately my daughter missed the workshop and was upset till now, hopefully if the paint continued to the rest of the wall she will have a chance to attend the workshop that will make her very happy. I am very delighted to attend the workshop and work with Rose She transformed the wall and really cared about the community.Hopefully Guinness will continue with the rest of the wall and I can’t wait to work with Rose.

Such a brilliant addition to the estate - and great to see residents were involved in designing it. There should be more of these! Encourages use of outside space which increases sense of community. Really important in tough times.

Rose just finished painting a mural on our estate and the end result is amazing! It really brightens up a dull area of the estate.
I attended a workshop with other residents, where we learnt about patterns and colours, which we used to help design the mural.
It was fantastic to be part of the whole project from start to finish, and it's been fantastic to see so many residents, young and old, actually helping out with the painting, it created a real buzz around the estate and I got to talk to so many neighbours who I have never spoken to in the 6 years I've lived here.

The one negative is that now the rest of the estate looks dull and dreary! hopefully she can get to brighten up the whole estate.
