I ordered some face cream which was prescription only, it was approved after filling in an online form. The service was easy to use and I had a decision within a few days.
On the day it was due to be delivered by Royal Mail, I stayed in but instead of the postman ringing my bell, he attempted to squash the package through my letterbox, he failed to do so and left it half hanging out of the door, on a busy town centre pavement!
On opening the parcel 15 minutes later when I discovered it, the cream had basically exploded inside the inner envelope.
I contacted Royal Mail as I was furious. They informed me I couldn't claim for the item but the company could. I emailed RootandRadiance who got back to me really quickly. They offered me either a refund or replacement. The lady who emailed me, called Linda was lovely and didn't even mind me changing my mind!
I received a replacement a few days later and my postman couldn't repeat his original trick as Linda had placed the item in a box surrounded by bubble wrap, which was lovely of her, but more importantly, it was way too big to fit through my letterbox so the postman had to ring my bell. Thank you RootandRadiance!

I’ve been using Root & Radiance since last May for Tretinoin 0.05%.
I find the website easy to navigate and the order arrives within 2 days.
Good service and reasonable pricing.

I’d been looking for a way to access prescription skincare without the hassle of booking appointments and was recommended Root & Radiance.

The process was straightforward, the questionnaire was thorough, and my treatment arrived quickly. I was particularly impressed by the level of personalisation, as my prescription was tailored specifically to my skin concerns rather than being a one-size-fits-all product.

The packaging felt premium, the instructions were clear, and the support team answered my questions promptly.

Overall, a very professional service and a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be continuing my treatment and would recommend Root & Radiance to anyone looking for personalised prescription skincare in the UK.

I had a few questions before placing my order and contacted the Root & Radiance team. They replied quickly, answered everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed.

The advice was helpful and gave me confidence that I was choosing the right treatment for my skin. Once I placed my order, I received updates throughout, and it arrived exactly when expected.

It's refreshing to find a company that combines excellent customer service with a professional prescribing process. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Root & Radiance again.
