Roofingsolutions Sw Anmeldelser

The work done was first rate & the lads who did the work were friendly. Would probably of scored 4.5 but system doesn't allow this.
The only reason we haven't given a score of 5 is there were numerous broken tiles which were eventually all replaced but, but had to chase up several times before all were replaced as a few seemed to be replaced each time they came. Would have been better if they had all been done in 1 visit.

Very pleased with Roofingsolutions estimate, A1 service well recommend.

The roofers were very friendly and hard working,
Work completed as quickly as possible and well.

I contacted RoofingSolutions in the morning and their engineer was there in the afternoon. Revisited the following day with spares. Heating system now working again. Communications clear and helpful throughout. Very good job.

Discussed and detailed the project, kept to the timeline, project team was efficient and courteous
agreed a budget.

I contacted this company as I needed advice about the roof. Miles attended and took photos with a drone so that I could see what was needed to be done. I decided to go with a new roof and I have no regrets. Miles was very professional and the roof was put up within 10 hrs or so. The team sent were professsional, considerate and cleaned up afterwards. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future if the need arose.

Although I eventually decided to go with a lower quote I did want to commend them for their polite, helpful and respectful service. They were thorough and considered and at no time did I feel pressured. Definitely worth a look.

Haven’t purchased yet, but Miles was extremely professional and also recommended I didn’t carry out certain work that I was considering. I really liked the photos of my roof taken with a drone, which Miles walked me through in detail. All in all a great customer experience and I’m hoping we can use Miles and his team in due course. Would definitely recommend.

We selected Roofingsolutions to replace our fascias, soffits and guttering based on a competitive quote but also so the confidence we took from the Miles when he visited to assess the work. A thoroughly professional organisation with good communication throughout and roofers who were both highly skilled and efficient. The work only took 3 days including some additional ridge tile work. We'd thoroughly recommend roofing solutions.

I found the whole process with this company excellent. Miles was efficient, helpful and kept me up to speed with what was happening. Drone photos to show me where the problems were and at the end was given photos showing progress throughout. Friendly workmen. Very pleased and highly recommend

Miles called the day before he was due to quote to ask if he could come early. This was fine as I was in the house so he said he would be 20 minutes. He arrived, seemed very professional and used his laptop to email me the quote there and then. I was impressed at this point and accepted the quote online. I emailed and telephoned in the coming days to arrange a start date. I received no response from my email and no call back from my message. I haven’t heard from him since. Very disappointed. I have since had the work carried out and am very happy with the new company.

Very polite helpful and knowledgeable

Flat roof was replaced on time & on budget. The work completed is as specified in the quotation and comes with a 20 year guarantee. Helpful and polite workers who also noticed and fixed a broken roof tile on the main roof at no charge. Overall value for money and a good job.

I was really pleased with the way Roofing Solutions planned and carried out the job so efficiently. It was a smooth process and everything was completed on time. The end result looks great.

Roof works completed quickly and efficiently with any snags quickly sorted by Miles and his friendly team. Highly recommended.

The whole process was quick and efficient. Limited disruption and a friendly team who left the place tidy afterwards.
All in all a great service and high quality workmanship.
Thanks!

Quick service good standard of work .

Easy to obtain quote for the job, including house pre-purchase roof survey and quote for the roof repairs/replacement. Once date was set, roof job was completed very efficiently- and property left in good order - all debris completely cleared. Workers careful and courteous and kept me informed through the process. Highly recommended.
