On a Positive, Sarah Thomas has been absolutely amazing. She has gone above and beyond what should be in her normal remit. Amazing communication and a 5 star service from her.
The negative - Was allocated a move manager that i only heard from once and then I understand he left.
Didn't use Life Time Legal in the end

I have had a great experience in finding a perfect property to rent. Our agent was Steve who guided us throughout the whole process to get the property sorted for us to have a smooth move in. I would like to thank the whole Romans team for making it happen for me to get a house to stay in.

From my first contact with Romans Tilehurst it was a seamless transaction. Mark was very approachable and explained everything fully and put me at ease straightaway. I later met the manager Steve who took time out to go over a couple of points for me, nothing was too much trouble and Nathan was very responsive, they are a great team, well run and very customer friendly, i highly recommend them.

I have recently let a property managed by Romans. It was a smooth experience. My agent Nathan Poulter was easily approachable and very helpful with clarifying the queries quickly.

They don’t care about people.
They nearly left us homeless and looking for another place in last moment. We wanted to rent house from Romans, we went through all checks and week before we needed to move out of previous property they said that the tenant doesn’t want to move out. They didn’t offer another option, they were rude and ignorant.
This is the office in Tilehurst.
I do not recommend.

It's been an absolutely lovely experience. We were going through a bit of a rough period, but thanks to them we have been able to find a suitable accomodation for us very quickly. They explained us everything, answered to all our questions, been very available and courteous. It's been such a smooth process so I would like to personally thank Nathan, who really helped and supported us, as well as Mark, Steve and Lorraine. Thank you guys, couldn't recommend you enough!

Very professional approach from Mark and Nathan . Completed proper DD on prospective tenants which is reassuring and said No if any issue’s discovered ( unlike other agents who just want their commission!). Kept me informed

Can not fault Romans they helped my family get a new home extremely quick when our old landlord decided to sell up, we will be forever greatful especially to Nathan who was professional when doing our viewing and very helpful keeping us updated whilst waiting for our tenancy to start. The documents leading up to the tenancy were easy to understand and great how you can see where your progress is!
