He arranged photographs and open day viewing within the first week then helped with colleges preparing a list of potential tenants with their background till signing of tenancy agreement. Excellent advice given by David, Shannon and Kerensa on all my questions as was my first time as landlord. Good tenants found at rate asked for, and lots of background checks. Very pleased with the professional manner in which everyone has worked.

Terrible service!

Scott Stevens was amazing to work with, throughout the whole process - they wanted nothing but to find me the right place and did exactly that! Scott and Abigail Jones have been nothing but helpful, updating me whenever possible - even to let me know there’s no updates just yet.

The process in reporting to the Building Manager to get things sorted has been slow as the contractors were meant to do it when I moved in two months ago… but good other than that.
