Very difficult to work with
Very difficult to work with! It's been months since I tried getting my refundable deposit back for the Bronco. They said I needed to contact Ford while Ford says I need to contact the dealer. The people at Romano Ford are not helpful at all and have an attitude... oh they were nice when they wanted me to buy I'm not ready yet. I was excited about the Bronco but when I'm ready to buy, after this experience why would I go to Romano? Do they not care about their reputation?
