This is my 3rd van from rollx over the years, I normally don't do feedback but i just wanted to say thank you Dan, Jim & Tech Support & the team at Rollx Vans for so many years of amazing quality vans & service. I bought my first van from Rollx many years ago. It's one stop shopping, excellent service, fast, friendly and a team that truly cares. Thank you Rollx for always being there.

From start to finish, buying an accessible van from Rollx has been great. Couldnt ask for better service.

We’ve bought a number of accessible vans for our son and this was the an excellent experience! We had a number of constraints, and the Rollx team worked together to make everything work seamlessly. We are so grateful! Thank you! (And, the van is beautiful!)

I have bought 2 used full size vans from Rollx and I trust when you purchase from them you are getting a quality product they will stand behind.

I lowered my score to 3 because on our second purchase in early July on our second use after delivery the auto doors quit working. We had to disengage the auto doors and bungee them shut. To be clear they have a 30 day warranty and they paid the full $600 repair bill. I am just a little baffled why the unit wasn't better inspected prior to delivery. This inconvenience while covered financially caused us to be without the van for 4 days while in for repair.

Overall a very good company and I would recommend them.

Buying something on line is difficult enough! But to buy a vehicle on line is a little more stressful! Not knowing if who you are talking to is an honest person!
I'm here to tell you that Rocky Nevin is that honest person and made the process as easy as possible. Great communication and great service from top to bottom!!

My experience was a good one but Pam forgot to leave the wrench for the ramp and the ramp is kind a off ,but other then that it was great.

I've had five Rolex vans. I just got my new one yesterday.

The entire process for purchasing the van was Excellent. Steve Strain from Sales, answered all of our questions and worked with us to obtain the best price. Prior to purchasing the van, we were able to test drive and work all of the seat/transfer options. We live in SW Va., but Ethan was able to come down Kentucky from with only a days notice so we could see the van. The design team worked with us to design a T-bar so my husband can transfer from wheelchair to front passenger seat easier. The only area that could have been better was the delivery process. Our van arrived in NC on 1 July and was not delivered till 22 July. Travis was great at keeping us informed of when the van would be arriving, fitting us into the schedule appeared to be the issue. Also, since we are on the Tennessee/Virginia line, we thought Ethan would be delivering the van. Both Travis and Ethan worked with us to get us our van. Excellent Team Work. Thank you Rollx. The people in sales ( Tony Dahl) and the closing staff were excellent, I can't thank them enough for all the help and support they gave me. The staff in maintenance and service have consistently been above and beyond helping me out with any problems. This is my 5th Rollx van and I have looked around every time and always come back to Rollx. The quality of their products, the service is the best I have ever received of any product I have purchased!

Awesome sales person Rocky Nevin very helpful and caring also service department has been very helpful since 1996 when I had my new van conversion done.....love my new 2015 van,and thank for your little extra gift for buying through Rollx Van's.

We have worked with Rollx for several years and just purchased our 4th van from Rollx. We have had excellent service and have been very satisfied!! We have worked with Rocky each time, and appreciate his recommendations as we select the right Rollx van and options needed for our son and family. He has always pointed us in the right direction!!!

The scheduling person messed up and gave me the wrong date. I lost a days activity waiting for the van. It actually arrived on the original schedule date. The delivery person was unfamiliar with the front license plates for the front and consequently drill through my front cowling on the vehicle he put two holes in it that I fully expect Rollx to repair and paint when I’m over there to get my tiedown for my wheelchair installed.

I've been using Rollx since 2006 (five different vans). The process is pretty simple. They're easy to get a hold of if you have any questions and they'll come to your location if you have any ramp issues. I did have issues with a full size Chevy van, but most of it was manufacture related. If anyone is looking for an accessible vehicle, call Rocky!

We were very happy with the service that they provided. However, we are not very happy with what they gave us for our trade in. I guessed that they would put our van on their lot for $15,000 than they gave us. Come to find out that they actually put on their lot for $18,000 more than they gave us for it! Not very happy about that. :(

Matt was SUPER!!! He had so much patience with me. He went over and above to make sure I got my van in a timely manner. Curt was also AWESOME!! He took his Memorial Day weekend to come down to Corpus Christi to deliver the van. He was very thorough when going through the van with me. I appreciate every thing your company has done for me. Excellent experience. This is the second van have purchased from Rollx. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Shane Davis of sales answered all of my questions in a 45 minute conversation about the Chysler Pacifica conversion. After that coversation I ordered the mini van and it took about 5 weeks to delivery. Shane was great to work with through the whole process. Daryl the service technician delivered the van right to my house and showed me and my wife everything about the operation of the van. Very happy with the Rollx Van organization.
