La consegna è stata lenta. La richiesta e successiva consegna di parti di ricambio altrettanto e i ricambi ricevuti non sono quelli giusti!

Azienda poco seria . Ho acquistato bidoni per la differenziata, ho sbagliato la misura acquistati quelli da 120 litri .Ho scritto @ chiedendo cambio con quelli più grandi oppure reso . Mi hanno risposto che non era possibile. Vi sembra corretto ?

Le réceptacle fuit et inonde le local, contact avec ROLLAWAY CONTAINER, FIN DE RECEVOIR, ils ne veulent rien savoir et ne répondent plus à mes emails. Ils fournissent des argumentations fallacieuses pour se dégager de toutes responsabilités.

Azienda poco seria. Ho fatto un ordine di alcuni bidoni per l'immondizia. E' stato fatto un preventivo comprensivo delle spese di spedizione che ho pagato per intero. Dopo 10 giorni mi scrivono chiedemdomi un integrazione delle spese di spedizione di ben 35 euro.
Chiramente non ho accetato ed hacco cancellato l'ordine.

Nous avons commandé une armoire métallique. Celle ci est arrivée endommagée (porte enfoncée, coins abimés) . J'ai fait une réclamation et on m'a répondu que j'aurai du le voir à la livraison et refuser le colis. Que le colis même non déballé permetait de voir si l'armoire était en bon état !! Impossible d'obtenir un geste commercial à minima ou un remplacement. J'ai demandé à ce que les frais de transport (80 euros quand même) soit remboursé, et il n'ont rien voulu savoir
A fuir !!

Our experience with the company is one of bad. We have purchased a 12000L water tank for underground. We paid additional charge to arrange for dedicated trasport with guaranteed delivery date that was not respected and the tank was delivered more than a week later. We have not been refunded of any additional costs.
The main problem though was during installation: we have followed all instructions printed on the container itself and published in a PDF doc that comes with the container. Because the instructions were not clear, we have also called rollawaycontainers prior to installing the tank to clarify few points of the pdf. Eventually the tank was delivered and installed underground.
After few weeks from installation and operations, the container has warped under the pressure of the soil on top of it, this warping has also caused at least 2 cracks on the side of the container and this is causing a leak of water.
Result is that we had to dig up a lot of soil to reduce pressure and weight on top of the tank, but we don't know if that is going to stop the warping. We have also tried to seal the crack but that has not worked.
We still don't know if the tank will ever be useful, because it may continue to warp and more cracks may present.
For now, we have spent in excess of 7000 euros in cost of the container itself and all the work and digging to install it and make it operational.
Rollaway containers has not been helpful and is refusing any sort of guarantee or refund, partial or total.
