Ok I know what I said in my last review but I take it all back, Rolla Is just like if not worse than every other platform out there, sucker you in and let you win your first couple of times and afterwards no matter the game or bet amount it will be a donation and pretty much an illusion of trickery for your money, real true win is to never gamble again and scheming platforms like this cannot leech off of your hard earned money.

RECEIVING NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR RESPONSE FROM ROLLA AFTER I SPENT 3000 in one day. Instead of communicating with their customers they strong arm you into signing your rights away. They blatantly ignore any requests for explanation or resolution. They will take all your money but refuse to deliver the services you pay for.

Still being ignored since i would not sign the attestation form that said "i had no legal rights to a charge back" and wont respond because i did not cancel my chargebacks with chase until we found a resolution. This is how they treat customers who are spending thousands. it is truly criminal

ROLLA IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! So after 22 days of customer service blatantly ignoring me regarding account closure and my $9017 pending redemptions I finally hear back from support that they were happy to share my account was reviewed and that pending I provided them verification of my cards (which I immediately did) ....they would reopen my account and I would receive my winnings. However, there was a catch they wanted me to IMMEDIATELY cancel my disputes with Chase for non-delivery of goods or services because I NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS OR SERVICES, I PAID $3000 for. AND they wanted me to sign an attestation form that stated, I was accepting full responsibility for the charges and that I had no legal right to a chargeback! I I HAD NO PROBLEM signing an attestation form as long as there was something stating that I WOULD BE PROVIDED WITH THE GOODS AND SERVICES I PAID FOR. I SPOKE WITH THE BANK WHO ALSO TOLD ME NOT TO EVER CANCEL A CHARGEBACK UNTIL THE GOODS WERE RECEIVED BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BE REOPENED. When I sent them a form, I was comfortable with that ensured favorable conditions for both Rolla and I they halted all communication once again. Immediately stopped responding to emails. They wanted to stiff arm me into signing documents that stripped me of all legal rights of a credit card chargeback for non-delivery of services. THEN THIS MORNING I ABRUPLTY RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AGAIN LOL!!! He stated this was due to a terms violation which was failure to complete verification. But I have documents and proof that I did complete verification immediately, so obviously this was untrue and another attempt to block my winnings. I have a whole paper trail showing my willingness to work with Rolla and my attempt to find a resolution for both parties. SHOCKER THEY ARE BACK TO IGNORING ME. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
I am still being ignored by Rolla i even offered to cancel the chargeback but they still will not respond. 7 days since their last response .

Why say you want to find a resolution to my satisfaction and then do nothing for my concerns ??? and then when i ask for communication and to work to protect both parties....this is what i get

STAY AWAY SERIOUSLY YOU EVENTUALLY WILL BE BURNED!!!!!!!!! I COMPLETED ALL VERIFICATION THEY REQUESTED WITHIN HOURS AND SOMEHOW I REFUSED TO COMPLETE VERIFICATION...MAKES NO SENSE. I HAVE ALL EMAILS TO PROVE EVERYTHING

I have already written a good review about Rolla. I mentioned an improvement to pay the AMOE sweepc coins often. It seems Rolla is paying more often now. I am happy.

3 stars because i clicked for $100 redeem cash on may 23, 2026 & Today i checked my status, and it said Cancelled. So i been waiting 4 days to receive my cash just for it get cancelled & now im gonna have to wait another 3-5 business days. But before is 1-2 Business days , starting to Call This app Bullshxt.
