Fantastic staff and great classes 100%sport on

Myself and my partner came into the Club for a tour. We had a great chat with Joe. Perfect service.

Like many facilities that have a significant volume of people passing through everyday ROKO is no different there are always a few maintenance issues. However this little niggles are out weighed by all the positives.
Amazing trainers friendly and helpful, it feels they are all there for the right reasons non judgmental environment.
Good range of classes would prefer a few more lower impact aerobic classes suitable for the older client group they use to have a stretch and core class that was excellent but sadly got cancelled.
Yoga classes are excellent good variety of instructors offering different styles. Steve is amazing come out feeling stronger, flexible and such a great class for mental well-being.
The energy and atmosphere Mark creates in Pilates is a real tonic during cold wet winter months.
Finally a thumbs up mention to the cafe team, great soup good coffee (when the finally) got a new machine and always a smile and cheerful disposition.

Carla has a bubbly personality and is an enthusiastic teacher. She has devised a varied programme of Zumba routines and uses enjoyable music that makes taking exercise a pleasure.

Roko is a perfect gym and pool for us. Very helpful and friendly staff

Dance fit is great fun. We have learnt a lot of the dances and now put them into practice, great instructor too

Absolutely LOVE Body Combat classes with Kara. Such a great full body workout. Kara’s energy and enthusiasm is utterly infectious and always gives me a massive boost ready for the weekend. If totally recommend it!

I joined ROKO last year and I feel this is best thing I have done for myself.I found most of the training classes very beneficial, and I feel more confident and good. I love Saturday morning LBT class with Sarah . She is very good and professional trainer. Thanks

Seven months ago I took early retirement and went for a gym fit session with Harry. He developed two sets of exercise with me, listening to my goals of losing weight and getting fitter. With plenty of walking, gardening and two times a week in the gym; following the programme, I am 11/2 stone lighter, I have lost six inches off the waistline and my type 2 diabetes is in remission. I have now had a second session with Harry and we are looking at heavier weights and good practices. Harry is very patient and has a friendly attitude which helps immensely.

My two children have had swimming lessons here with Jenni, Dougie & Bliss,

The team are absolutely brilliant, they have come on so much & look forward to their lessons every week.

I couldn’t recommend them enough - and in fact have to a number of friends!

R0KO Health club is very welcoming and friendly has a
Spar with an adult pool and a childrens pool and a recently refurbished Gym and classes if required. The trainers are professional and understanding. The bistro is great to relax and chat.
There is a seprate Beauty studio. With reasonable fees it is a great place to meet and keep moving.

I feel that Harry listened to, asked me relevent questions and supported my needs fabulously. Overall was a very smooth enjoyable process

Out of all the gyms in Medway, Roko still stands out as the best in my opinion, friendly and welcoming, the front of house team, personal trainers and gym team are friendly, funny and easy to be around making Roko an enjoyable place to workout for new and old members. Keep up the good work😊

We have used Roko for swimming lessons for both our children over the past few years. It's a great place to learn, the pool is always warm and changing rooms very good. Dougie and Bliss are fantastic with the children and Jenni as the swimming manager is brilliant to deal with.

Our Son attended swimming lessons with Doug. Prior to starting at Roko he attended another Sports Centre and developed a fear of water. Doug not only encouraged him to enjoy swimming he actually got into the water with our Son and taught him strokes. He is now able to jump into the water, loves swimming and loves being under the water. We will never forget how patient Doug was with him and we highly recommend the swimming academy.

The swimming lessons at Roko are exceptional - the kids’ progress has exceeding our expectations! Thanks so much Doug and Jennie!

The swimming school is brilliant, my girls have used it for 5 years now and love it. Jennie, Dougie and Bliss are all brilliant.

I had an induction with Harry on Monday. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have recently become injured from running which is a big part of my life. I’m not keen on the gym. However Harry really listened to my goals and created a programme that was individual to my recovery/rehab needs. He made me feel much more confident about the gym. I went independently yesterday and followed his programme and I loved it. Thank you Harry. You are really good at what you do!
