From the very beginning my experience with Rock Solid Doors was fantastic. Very quick to respond over email and patient (and helpful) as we made changes to our initial specification. Really helpful visit where we talked through options and I got to see samples, in addition to having the measurements taken. We absolutely love our new door and the installation looks flawless. From start to finish the service provided has been second to none. We had contacted many Companies in search of a bespoke size door for our cottage, with no success. Within a few hours Dave had sent over the options available and visited us to measure up within a few days. The installation was seamless and only took a few hours. I cannot describe how happy I am with choosing Rock Solid Doors to provide and fit my Rockdoor that I designed on the Rock Solid Doors website. I designed my Rockdoor and Paul replied with a quote via email and the price compared to other suppliers was the best price and Paul came out the same week to measure up the door and gave me advice on the different options for the door and answered any questions I had and then confirmed everything in writing (Email) and after double checking the final design, I gave them the go ahead to put an order in with Rockdoor. It was less than 3 weeks that my door had been made and we arranged a date for it to be fitted.

Paul and his Son Harry turned up nice and early on the day and I left them to work. They took the old door away and fitted my new door and did all the finishing touches like trim around the door. They gave me advice on maintenance of the door and correct operating procedure and the general low down for looking after my new door, they answered any questions I had.

They also explained the 10 year warranty and that if I had any issues with the door, just to contact them and they will come out.

I couldn’t believe at how good it looked, just didn’t think I would be this happy over a front door. They did a fantastic job and it looks so professional and neat and I am so happy with the whole process. I couldn’t ask for better tradesmen. Paul and Harry are very helpful, respectful and friendly and left my house even tidier than before they arrived and did an amazing job! I have had people giving me compliments on how awesome the door looks.

What a great service, we purchased a door nearly 5 years ago, noticed 1 or 2 spots had faded colour, the team were able to drive by and remediate the damage very quickly with minimal fuss.

7 months later I have done an extension and added a Porch with a wider frame and requested 2 matching side panels with windows to go with the door fitted 5 yrs ago. They not only obliged and perfectly matched what we previously bought, but accelerated there timelines to help our build schedule. Couldnt be more grateful.
On top of this both of them are polite, well mannered, patient with my builders and the mess they were operating in.
