Poor courier returns service with DPD
I have bought from Rockett St George several times in the past and have always been happy and happy with the returns process too! However they now offer a returns collection with DPD but as yet after 3 agreed collection dates i still am not able to return an item i don’t want! I am unable to get to a post office so opted for the collection which as yet has not happened. Disappointed as, like I've already said, I'm usually happy with their arrangements.

Unfortunately,
Unfortunately, the products are extremely poor quality. The paint was already chipped before the items even arrived, and the material is so flimsy that they bend when you sit on them. You can't even place anything heavy on the table. These are definitely not products that will last for years. I am very disappointed with the quality and this purchase has been a huge letdown.
