The set of clubs came quickly. They are a great set. The bag is subpar but will do.

Rockbottom once again had the best deal on rangefinders, the snake eye deal came with a golf towel as well and at a great price.

Original order was the wrong size, so requested a return, and reordered. So for 2 orders we paid freight for (3) shipments. And we added items on the second order.
Brand sizes were not standard sizes.

All good, delivery on time. My mistake, thought the "steel" was the head, not the shaft. Not anything like the performance from the graphite shafts that I have on the 5 & 7 woods. Always learning!

Delivered on the date that they said it would arrive.

Customizing the clubs was super simple, and they all turned out great.

All good. Had problem with the loft on 6 iron but it was credited so thank you. I guess a final check before packing would have picked this anomaly up.

I ordered 8 used clubs. 6 of the 8 arrived with grips hanging off the end of the clubs shaft. They asked me to go to a local shop to receive a quote to fix them and get reimbursement. They then redacted that offer after I spent my own time and money to help them fix their problem. These clubs were ordered in the condition category described as "All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club." So, after they screwed up the clubs and I went out of my way help them, they want them returned.

Dislike the 3 wood grip much to large for my hand requesting refund on that item

The 3 Wood I bought has a "rattle" in the hosel or club head. Seems as though it has a flaw or not made right. What can be done to fix this? All the other items are fine

Customer service was great. I got the club, Mizuno 5 wood, that I wanted. I had it extended and regripped by local shop because of error on your website.
