Got exactly what I ordered at a great price. Used standard delivery but because they pulled and shipped my order so quickly I received it in under a week.

Your representative was an unprofessional agenthandled my order very poorly. Your advertising is somewhat misleading as far as returns, because this set of clubs doesn’t work for me and because I tried hitting them return for full credit isn’t possible. I would not recommend you to anyone.

I ordered a 56 degree Titleist pitching wedge and got a 60 degree, Titleist, rusty piece of junk. Anyone who knows anything about golf understands the significance. Very dissatisfied. Thumbs down.

My entire order was crammed into one box. Two of the boxes of golf balls were crushed. The balls were going to be gifts, now they will have to be all taped up and not look like new. Very disappointing.

I have been shopping at Rock Bottom for 25 years. Definitely the best site to purchase golf equipment and golf clothes etc. I believe they now have pickleball equipment also. They have great deals on name brand equipment and their snake eyes line of golf equipment is fantastic. Their customer service is great always right there to answer any of your concerns. Jaime who I believe is the manager has helped me on several occasions. She is great. They also give you the highest trade in value on your used equipment than any other store or site. I ordered a golf bag and 2 dozen Bridgestone E6 golf balls, by some oversight I received the bag but only 1 dozen balls. After contacting you customer service to notify of the shortage, shortly afterward I received notification that the other dozen would be shipped. I have had nothing but good experiences with RBG ever since I stumbled on your site and I pass my feelings along to all my golfing friends. Good prices, selections and service can't go wrong.
