RO Care India se machine lene ke baad service nahi mili complaint register karne ke baad bhi issue resolve nahi hua bhut disappointing experience tha Purchase se pehle log achhe se verify karein.

Service ID: CMPL3320685. OUTRIGHT FRAUDS. The service guy charged 3700 for replacing couple of filters whose price was less than 1000 for the same company as the RO filter. (I checked on amazon after the service. Big mistake, should have checked earlier) After 3 hours, the filter stopped working, the filter tank was not filled even once after the service. On calling the service guy, he responded in the most shocking way: " I'll come and remove the new filters if you raise complaint to customer service". The customer care guy was another least bothered person. Somehow I got the contact of the area manager, he sent another guy. This guy did some cleaning & left after charging another 400. Within half an hour the filter stopped again. I called him multiple times but his phone was unreachable & this time the area manager didn't receive my call as well. So overall I paid 4100 for such THIRD CLASS SERVICE and a threatening behaviour from the service guy.

I have already sent n number of mails to the company but no use. Not got any solution instead blaming on me saying the water tank is not clean when other tenants not facing any issue with their aqua guard. Now again asking to send complaint number to the mail. That technician is not ready to come only and the company is not sending any other technician also

Great service by RO Care India. Technician was professional, arrived on time, and fixed the issue properly. Water quality has improved a lot. Highly recommended!

They immediately send a whatsapp link to your number for advance payment for the booking saying that the technician will be assigned soon
But neither their technician come ever
Nor they process the refund
The customer care people say that the refund will be allotted by the area manager and the area manager states that this is being done by the customer care team
My refund has not been issued as of now
It was the worst decision of my life that i called Ro care india
They are fraud people
Nobody should call them ever for their services

I have booked for Vacuum cleaner repair.
The customer support assured me that Technician would call me in an hour. But one hour waiting becomes one whole day wasting.

The customer.support team.only knows how to pick up calls promptly but their assuarance is just a lie.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience with RO Care India truly deserves appreciation.

It was just a day before Diwali, and my RO had suddenly stopped working. Every local technician I called either refused to come due to the festival rush or quoted unreasonable prices. My family was struggling because we rely completely on our purifier for clean drinking water, and with guests coming over, I was genuinely worried.

That’s when I decided to contact RO Care India through their website. To my surprise, they responded immediately and arranged a certified technician within a few hours — and this was on Diwali eve, when most people were on leave.

The technician arrived on time, was very polite, and explained everything before starting the repair. He not only fixed the issue professionally but also checked the filters, cleaned the unit, and made sure the water TDS levels were perfect before leaving. He even refused to take extra money despite working on a festival day — saying, “Sir, we care for your water, that’s our duty.” That really left an impression on me.

Since then, I’ve renewed my AMC plan with them, and every service has been timely and professional. Their customer support is responsive, and I get regular reminders before every scheduled maintenance.

It’s rare to find companies that value service over profit, but RO Care India truly does. I can confidently say they’re 100% genuine, transparent, and genuinely care about their customers — not just their business.

It has been a great experience with the RO Care India team. I have been using their AMC services for my RO since 2010, and the service quality has always been reliable and professional. Highly satisfied.

I have booked a request for filters change on November 6th 2025, they has changed with local filters and charged 5800 overall. Where as the original charge of filters are 4500 . They have provided me fake bill saying that it is a company bill. Area managers are also not at all good. This is the waste service and completely fraud.

They are Fraud. They overcharge and then go underground. They don't install genuine parts.

Never ever use their service.

I have contacted multiple times but no body responded

I had a very bad experience with this service. Due to an issue with our water purifier, we raised a request for repair. The technician visited and replaced some filters, charged us ₹5,700, but the issue still remained unresolved.

We tried calling him multiple times, but he did not respond at all. We then reached out to customer support, but even they were unhelpful. We finally spoke to a higher authority, yet there was still no response or action taken.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. They are cheating customers by taking money without fixing the actual problem. I’m writing this review so no one else gets cheated the way we did.

Highly NOT recommended. Avoid this service.

I received a WhatsApp from this company with my booking.com booking details requesting I follow a link to re-enter my card details as there has been an issue with payment. I contacted the provider through booking.com who confirmed this was a scam attempt.

Recently visited to my house duplicate candles installed and taken away old candle gave complain for purifyer problem not responding at all please don't use this services irs a fraud company i want to post pictures of candles used stupid fitted in purifier today I observed

These people are cheater i called them, they came and this service guy over smart guy told me tds is 258 which is too high u have to change this and all but i purchased the machine and checked which is absolutely fine
This guy was asking 3800 for fixing
Top of that they dint put machine back on as it was now its leaking as well

I want my refund and fix this mess what they made

Very bad service experience. Spare parts are not available, and customer support is extremely poor. They even went so far as to block my number when I tried to follow up. Highly unprofessional and disappointing. I do not recommend RO Care India to anyone.

Last year I have taken AMC for my Aqua guard (RO/UV) from RO Care India. whenever I call for the service of my RO, they always take one week and more to come. and for the last 15 days I am continously calling for the serice and they daily saying today or tomorrow the person will come. But today after spending so many the days they are saying that the AMC has to be renewed then sercice will be done. Only 3 services have been done during the year. I think, I have watsed my money on the same. I will writing to this complaint to Acqua Guard also to look into the matter. Worst service and worst people. and also sharing this to all social media.

RO Care India cheated me. I called for water purifier service and charged me Rs. 6700/- and not completed service. Their representative absconded. Thae same was informed through mail and many calls. No one was responded. They are cheaters. Please dont believe this fellows.
