Scammed out of $178 and no refund options. Order number #01154746 Delivered May 30
UPDATE 6 June 2026: Robinsons did nothing until I left a negative review. Subsequently they replied to my support request to advise that the remaining items will be shipped separately. One can only assume that they confirmed their mistake after the review was posted.
I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 since the matter has now been resolved. However basic customer service and experience would vastly be improved by simple / active communication with customers and proper tracking details. I appreciate that companies no longer value these basic principles since Ai and the general downward spiral of civilisation, but ultimately it’s these basic standards that make or end a business in the long term - think about it.
Original Review: I ordered three products totaling $255 SGD. Only one item was packed and shipped (unless the two other items exist in another dimension since the box was only big enough to fit one item). I contacted web support, chat support, WhatsApp support, emailed and called their unmanned support telephone number (just a recorded message in a fake American voice that says it’s looking for a support person then it hangs up).
Basically this Hong Kong based “Singapore Company” has scammed me out of $178 with no legitimate means of contacting them or mechanisms to obtain a refund.
