I have rented properties for the last 6 years and honestly have never had such a bad experience. From the moment we moved in we have just had problem after problem. When we first moved in we listed all the issues within the property, sent them to Robert Leech and only a couple of the issues were dealt with. We then had a issue with mice in the property, and because robert leech appointed pest control without telling the landlord, the landlord then refused to speak with robert leech. The pest control man had been at the property before with a mice issue so it was obviously a ongoing issue. Then over the Summer, a bees nest formed right outside our window. We contacted robert leech by phone and email and we just never got anywhere emails ignored, told we would be called back never called back. After over a month without contact Bees were now entering the property, I emailed saying if my daughter gets stung I will raise a complaint. Another 2 weeks passed with no contact at all, my daughter got stung. STILL no action was taken the bees nest is still there to this day. I raised a complaint and was told my complaint would be acknowledged within 48 hours and responded within 14 working days. STILL nothing, no response to my complaint, no action taken to resolve the bees nest. Then when our contract was up and we could finally move out we had aggressive rude staff members talking to us with aggression, no apology for not dealing with the issues we have raised. Glad to be out and will never deal with this estate agents ever again, the lack of communication was horrendous.

I recently bought through Robert Leech and couldn’t be more grateful. The process had its challenges, but Craig was exceptional - calm, persistent, and always available, especially on the day of completion when he truly went above and beyond the call of duty.
His support and professionalism made all the difference. I highly recommend Robert Leech if you want an agent who’s genuinely invested in getting you across the finish line.

Absolutely supportive and helpful in the phase of signing the lease as tenants, however once tenancy started the treatment has not been great, compared to other agencies we have let from, the attitude towards us is really poor, very focused on the landlord benefits only.
Communication is cold, apparently they are really good at keeping the landlords undisturbed with issues.
As an example contract stated that pets were not allowed however such consent would not be ''unreasonably withheld''
Even more now that legislations are changing I really thought our request would have been handled differently; we are in a 3 bedroom cottage with plenty of space and were denied to have a small dog for my 5 years old to be able to grow caring for an animal, just because the garden is shared with the neighbor and the neighbor does not want us to have a pet; on top of that when we asked the neighbor he firmly denied this.
Poor values from this company as apparently the main vision is centered on landlords not tenants.

We have recently concluded a sale with Robert Leech in Oxted, and based on the experience we had, would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. The team were well briefed about the property ahead of viewings and we got a real sense that they were bringing the right people to our door.

The whole team really take a pride in their work and reputation but Kelly at the Oxted office really stood out for us, she was professional, efficient and always available to give good advice. Without her commitment throughout the sales progression process, the transaction would not have gone through.
