Delivery was real quick and the boxes are heavy duty and hold a significant weight at a very reasonable price while also being able to collapse for storage.

I wanted to order something on line for a discounted price and collect from the shop. The staff helped me do this. I was able to collect it in 15 minutes.

I ordered a Brabantia bin with a touch lid on the 23rd October. I didn’t receive it until 10 days later and it was delivered by DPD. Unfortunately the box was creased and the actual bin was dinted so I’ve had to return it. Rather disappointed to say the least. Now waiting for the damaged one to be collected before I recieve a replacement.

Easily placed order but collection handled with great indifference

Had to wait a while at the counter for person to come from storeroom and bring my coffee machine. They came very very slowly. Then asked for last 4 digits of my phone number so I gave then my whole number only to be given a look “last 4 digits”. Then I asked if they had a bit of twine or rope from storeroom so I can tie it around the box to make it easy to carry ( I was travelling on the bus) the answer was NO. I only asked because I assumed that place like Robert Dyas would have something like that due to nature of their business

I visited the Robert Dyas Brentwood branch today to return a faulty air fryer that was covered under 3-years guarantee. Because I recently moved house,I couldn't find my paper receipt but I was able to show the transaction on my banking app.
The Assistant Manager, Sue went completely above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly patient, took her time to thoroughly processed my refund. Her helpful, understanding and professional attitude turned a stressful situation into a fantastic experience. Exceptional customer service like this is rare these days. Thank you so much Sue! I cannot get up 2 flights of stairs to view items and always have to ask the staff to fetch items to view which is time consuming for me and them. Please get your lift fixed!

My review is from ordering and the product.
I brought a mercia 8x6 apex shed for £400 , the web site would not allow me to select an allotment even with the post code,it defaults to house numbers only, my wife visited the Worthing shop who tried everything to assist in resolving the ordering issue were unable to and could not take an order face to face..
I did eventually get around it and placed an order it was delivered within the time slot , the driver was brilliant.
The shed is flimsy as the frame is 25 mm stud work and the floor is flexing as you walk on it.
I have added plywood to the floor and added oak hanging strips to increase rigidness, also the door is quiet low so if you are 5'6"you will have to duck to get in.
All the panels were okay ish...

Decent price, good delivery costs and happy with the purchase .
Would've given 5 stars but courier had been given the wrong house number so unbeknown to me the parcel was delivered some distance away from my house and l had to collect it
