Charge:
EDC police had frightened us to death by arriving at our house and charging me under Road Traffic Act of stopping and leaving the scene of an incident. (I had made a tiny ding; I discussed this with the driver who said she wouldn’t do anything about it).

While we were not expecting Rumpole of the Bailey, Steven Farmer was less of a blunderbuss and more of a quietly determined strategist. He absorbed all the facts, before and during the hearing, and organised them to proclaim my defence in a thoroughly professional manner. He used his expertise to gain advantage by questioning skilfully, but not antagonistically, the Witness and Police Officers.
He expertly exposed the parts of their reports which were, in no short measure, dubious.

I received a very detailed and comprehensive reply from Andrew to an on line enquiry with regards to a 'near miss' traffic incident. When ultimately charged with dangerous driving I then had a free in depth consultation with Steven. The DASHCAM evidence against me was damning. Steven very patiently walked me through all the outcome scenarios and did advise that I might lose my license which was not an option for me as I have every day caring responsibilities. I chose to plead not guilty. Steven represented me at trial. Steven is a very astute, polished professional. The PF took over an hour to set out his case. 18 months ago I collided with an elderly couple on a busy road. Although the impact was low the lady had osteoporosis and suffered several fractures. Later I was charged with causing serious injury by careless driving, a new offence which carries a minimum ban of a year and even a potential prison sentence. Can't praise Steven and his firm at Road Traffic Law enough. Facing a dangerous driving charge through speed and a ban which would result in losing my job leading to other financial difficulties.
