We have booked dog friendly breaks with Riverside a few times now in both Horning and Wrotham. Always been satisfied. Only issue we would raise is the late 16.00 day one check-in and early last day check out of 09.00.

Have stayed at Ferry Marina many times and love the location and the cottages. We stayed in Grebe cottage this time and it was spotless. Fishing from the decking outside was very good. Horning village is a short walk away and if you want to eat out there are 3 pubs there.

Been on holiday with riverside rentals for several years now and never had a bad experience, poor accommodation or complaint. Richard and his team have always been most helpful.

Booked Harmony cottage for a 5 day break and made the booking at short notice 2 days before arriving. The gas company were digging underneath the cottage for the duration of the stay in the full knowledge of riverside rentals but still they took the booking.
The cottage was ok the owner of riverside rentals much less charming. He claims to have informed of the works prior to the visit . He did not . Social media informed of access problems which the company helped with but nothing could prepare us for the noise and physical disruption during our stay which we was not informed about. The inaccurate defensive response to our robust feedback tells you all you need to know about this companies integrity . Avoid at all costs.

Just back from Sheriffs House Wroxham. Beautiful house. Lots of room for everybody. Welcome pack was nice. The only thing missing in a huge house like this was salt and pepper pots. Hope nobody has stolen them. Had a relaxing week. Lake was full of fish. Beds so comfortable. Would recommend.

Just returned from a gorgeous relaxing break on the Norfolk Broads, we stayed for a week in a gorgeous chocolate box cottage called Dutch Cottage in a little village called Horning, it was a hard choice between Wroxham & Horning, but so glad we chose Horning, a quaint Norfolk village with all the amenities, but only a short drive to Wroxham if you want busier & a supermarket. The cottage was everything we had hoped for and we have come back home feeling truly recharged! Well done Riverside rentals for handling our booking and stay impeccably

Owlswick. This lovely cottage was even better thsn described.. It was beautifully clean.. The beds were clean and comfortable.. Everything we could wish for was provided in the kitchen. The TV s actually worked perfectly. The bathroom and showers were all immaculate and lovely fluffy towels were provided. The garden and patio are was just delightful

Stayed at Dutch cottage found it was wanting in many areas inside on entering a sign saying please remove shoes no door mat to wipe shoes on just wooden floor the kitchen had a modern pot sink no bowl so the heavy pots made washing up very noisy in the corner a big washer/drier when a dishwasher would have been better if you are staying there take your own wine glasses as there are none. In the room a large wood burner with a very large hearth causing a trip hazard once again no rug as in photos not even a door mat the accommodation is for 5 only three chairs on to the toilet no toilet roll holder no towel hook no shaver point shower head is broken the sliding door very heavy and does not close properly take your own outside folding chairs none provided no umbrella or stand the outside wooden furniture is very heavy and one seat is broken it’s damp and rough no usb sockets for charging phones or iPads fishing very difficult as water lilies cover most of the water front

We booked a cottage with Riverside rentals and were very disappointed in the safety of the property with lights in the living room failing and then not working and the outside lights not staying on and flickering. The final straw was when a family members foot went through the decking causing injury. We left our holiday early due to this. Would never use Riverside Rentals again and would not recommend. Found Richard at Riverside Rentals lacking any customer service.
