I joined the 300-hour advanced training at Rishikesh Yog Nirvana after finishing my 200-hour elsewhere, and it exceeded all expectations. The depts of teaching in sequencing, anatomy, and yogic philosophy was outstanding. The staff and teachers created a supportive, family-like environment. Morning sadhana by the river, mantra chanting, and the overall peaceful setting helped me grow tremendously. This school is authentic and professional, I would return in a heartbeat.
