Beautiful showroom at Westbourne. They have really high quality products and their service is awesome. They will go all the way to advice you and help you choose what is the right product for you and best design. if you are looking for something special then that is your place!

We had procrastinated for years over making choices for our bathroom renovations and we were therefore grateful for the advice, time and patience of the Ripples team in helping us choose quality tiles and fittings which suited our style. The design service helped us visualise the proposed designs and the team was full of ideas and accommodating with our frequent changes. The great service continued throughout the installation with the team being available to answer our and the installer’s queries. We would happily work with the team again!

Danii and her team have done an amazing job renovating our very dated family bathroom. Fantastic design that we’d never have come up with ourselves that makes the best of a small space. We will be using Danii again for our en suite and downstairs loo in the near future. Highly recommend!

I recently approached Ripples in Saffron Walden to help me refurbish two bathrooms and a cloakroom at my new house.

The help and advice I received from the Manager, Paula, was outstanding. I found Paula remarkable for her design flair, professionalism and tenacity in pursuing a complex project that had to meet the disability needs of my husband as well as providing the aesthetics of beautiful and relaxing spaces.

Paula demonstrated her extensive and valuable knowledge, suggesting choice of materials and products appropriate for budget and goals. The installer she suggested was brilliant, too.

It was a real pleasure to work with someone who I felt had a genuine interest in achieving the best outcomes.
Her positive 'can do' spirit and kindly approach have taken the stress from the project.
It is as if my new bathrooms have been achieved with the support of a good friend.
I would highly recommend her services at Ripples.

We recently got our bathroom completed by Ripples. The most professional company who have ever worked in our home.

The initial visit to design the bathroom was covered by Paul who was just incredible. He is a genius when it comes to bathrooms - he came up with a plan taking all our considerations on board. This plan then turned into the final product which is the highest quality. Ripples are blessed to have a genius like Paul designing the bathrooms.

We then met Emma in the showroom to pick all the equipment for the bathroom -likewise Emma was excellent so knowledgable and nothing was pushed on you. A brilliant young lady with a great customer service approach and a huge addition to Ripples.

The 8 days the guys were on site in our home was seamless - the skip arrived when it was supposed to and the lads arrived on the button of 8am every day - they were immaculate and left the house clean every day. Josh was our main guy who is such a gentleman and great at his job.

Overall 20/10 - incredible company who appear to have the full circle of getting a new bathroom from the very design stage to completion - outstanding and highly recommend !

Absolutely thrilled with the work Gurnaam (from the Ripples Solihull branch) did for our family bathroom, en suite, and downstairs toilet! From the start, Gurnaam took our ideas and vision, understood exactly what we were hoping to achieve, and brought it all to life beautifully. Her interpretation of our needs and aesthetic preferences was spot-on, resulting in spaces that feel both stylish and perfectly functional for us.

What truly set Gurnaam and the team at Solihull apart was their attentive and consistent service throughout the entire process, from the initial design phase to the final installation. Having two bathrooms designed and installed by Paula at Ripples, Saffron Walden has taken the stress out of ordering and installing ourselves. She’s a pleasure to work with. Paula was patient and attentive to what we wanted. She didn’t try to upsale anything and I felt she was professional and very helpful. What surprised me was that she came to visit a few time while the installers were working to make sure everything was ok. I recently had a kitchen designed elsewhere and never saw the designer once, so this was a very pleasant surprise which made me feel it was all going to be ok and we were in good hands. I loved the designs she came up with. Paula gently led me a little out of my comfort zone to create two beautiful designs that are practical but look luxurious. I couldn’t have done that myself. I’m so pleased I walked into her shop.

Fantastic service and fantastic result.
Rarely one to leave a review, but the service we've received from designer Jo Sangster and store principal Lisa in the Belsize Park branch has been second to none. Impeccable customer service and attention to the design detail from the outset, Jo has helped deliver 5 terrific bathrooms for our full house renovation. It has been a joy to work with them, always helping with trouble shooting, when the trouble was not caused by them, going the extra mile, visiting site and holding my hand through the ups and downs of a long running project. Jo has excellent communication and organisational skills and expertly liaised directly with our builders as needed. Fabulous range of products available too. I cannot recommend Jo and Ripples Belsize Park highly enough.

Our second bathroom with Ripples. We recently had the pleasure of working again with Angie at Ripples, Chelmsford on the formation of a new ensuite for my sons room, and we and he couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Angie demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of the design was both practical and aesthetically pleasing. " I went to Ripples in Saffron Walden after trying my hardest to get a bathroom designed from another local company and failing miserably due to them not being interested. I dealt with Paula the owner who came out the next day to survey the bathroom in readiness for the design. I gave her my brief and she got it down to perfection. I bought my bathroom on the spot after falling in love with the whole concept. Every detail had been captured and now that it is complete I am absolutely over the moon with the end result. Edward the installer was absolutely brilliant, and nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was a pleasure to have around the house. I highly recommend anyone to go and pay Paula a visit. I chose Ripples in Southport after shopping around. I really liked Dan and Annie as they were so genuine. They held my hand through the whole process. Patiently guiding and advising me. Everything was terrific. From the initial bathroom design, to quality of products, to value for money, to patience with our questions and immediate response to any (minor) issues. We’re thrilled with our new bathroom and really grateful for all the help and advice from the Ripples team in Belsize Park, especially Lisa, who went out of her way to make sure we had the space we wanted within the budget we could afford.

Joanne, who works at the London Ripples store, was incredible. She has supported us throughout the project by bouncing back and forth a lot, but she has always made time for us and made the process easy. We look forward to using Ripples again.

Ripples Knowle (Solihull) recently renovated our bathroom and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. Excellent service from the moment we walked into the showroom and spoke to our designer 'Gurnamm', through to the choice and quality of products and fittings. Installed by one of their recommended fitters Andy whom we found to be very professional, friendly and tidy. The whole process took around 4 weeks and the couple of small glitches that occurred were dealt with quickly and professionally.
We would highly recommend this company.

I have waited some time before posting this review about Ripples Hampstead - two months in fact in order to give Ripples a chance to rectify the many faults with the service we received from them. Before Christmas I used Ripples to design and fit a new small cloakroom. They were able to source the products quickly and find a fitter. Unfortunately the fitter (who was quite disorganised and left the entire ground floor quite dirty and covered in dust, after hassling me for quick payment) left the room with a patch of damp appearing behind the toilet. The small radiator they supplied has a bizarre set of tap valves which are so close together that it is impossible to control the heat ( these weren't shown in the original photo) but the worst problem is that the toilet has never worked correctly. I pointed out the the flush was faulty at the time of installation but the fitter told me it was a problem with the supplier. It has now broken ( become irretrievably disconnected inside the cistern) and he is still telling me it is someone else's fault, even ours for using the flush incorrectly. I have been in touch with Ripples repeatedly since Christmas but they have been slow to respond or find a workable solution for a job that cost thousands of points and has left us with an unusable cloakroom. My only option now is to find another contractor and pay more money. I would definitely NOT recommend using the services of Ripples on the basis of my own experience which is that they are happy to take your money to supply expensive good but not that interested in how they are fitted or the final product.

We were delighted when Ripples Oxford opened up just as we were looking to update our bathrooms. Couldn't be happier with the service we got from Chris, or from his contractor Kevin at Rosewood, and Kevin's subcontractors. Chris's design was thoughtful and responsive to our needs; the quality of the materials was outstanding, and Kevin's installation work was pretty much perfect.

It's not cheap, of course - it's Ripples. Well worth the cost - we have top-tier, top-quality bathrooms that are a joy to be in and that we suspect will last for many, many years.

I am writing to share my experience with the bathroom renovation services provided by Ripples in February 2023, and unfortunately, it has been far from satisfactory.
In May 2023, I encountered multiple issues with the newly renovated bathroom, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, the resolution was not prompt. It wasn't until I expressed my intention to file an official complaint with the CCPC that someone finally came in November to attempt to address some of the issues.
The issues I faced were significant. Firstly, the toilet was poorly connected, initially linked to the main water supply serving the shower and sink. This resulted in the inconvenience of being unable to use the shower and toilet simultaneously. Although the issue was eventually fixed, the delay was frustrating. Additionally, the tiles were unevenly installed, some were already damaged, and there were areas where silicone or grout was missing. Notably, the gap between the frame door and tiles is conspicuously large.
One of the notable challenges was the apparent prioritization of speed over quality in completing the job. It seemed that Ripples was more focused on finishing projects quickly than ensuring meticulous attention to detail. The subcontractors hired for tiling did not adhere to proper installation practices, as some damaged tiles were merely covered with grout instead of being replaced.
Furthermore, I must admit to a significant oversight on my part in not cross-checking the quantities of materials delivered against the quantities specified in the quote. For instance, the quote indicated the need for 6 boxes for a false wall, but only 3 were brought and used. This raises concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the invoicing and materials provided.
Despite understanding that issues may arise during renovations, the lack of prompt and effective resolution has left me thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. I sincerely hope that by sharing my feedback, Ripples can address these concerns and take steps to improve the quality of service for future customers.
PS: There are still unresolved issues with the tiles that require attention.

Ripples provide a professional and efficient bathroom installation service. From the moment you enter the fabulous showrooms and are greeted by one of the team as in our case it was Noel and then Ian you could not ask for a more friendly and professional service. Step by step you are guided through your choices, and there are a huge amount of choices. Then when they arrive at your home to carry out the work they take great care of your home from covering your floors and keeping everything safe. Our job was finished in 6 days and we love it. All the guys did a great job but Barry in particular was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Ripples Bathrooms to everyone as they are a fantastic team from start to finish.
