Ordered a TV unit last week said it would be delivered on 1/02/21. Item never arrived on expected delivery date. Rang the company they explained they would chase up courier to see why no tracking was in place and ring me to let me know the outcome. Rang today 02/02/21 asked to speak to someone about my order, I was told the item was lost in delivery then when I asked for a replacement to be sent via fast track delivery the woman on the phone says its currently not in stock and the item was damaged so when I questioned her as to wether it was lost or damaged she couldn't tell me which funnily enough. I told the company I wanted a replacement sorted soon but that wasn't as possible as they didn't know when the item was back in stock. Now I've came home from work tonight and happened to notice the product is displaying online as in stock and suitable for 48 hour delivery. I'm absolutely disgusted in this company they're an absolute joke and no communication whatsoever. Stay clear folks save yourself the hassle.

Product Miss-Advertised/Miss-Sold

I recently ordered a Walnut coffee table based on the colour the website photo's displayed however, upon opening the product it was considerably darker than the website advertises. RDUK are willing to accept my return of this product but as they say I ordered the walnut colour and I have been delivered the walnut colour. RDUK state they won't organise the collection or pay for the collection and expect me to pay for the shipping.

Given this product has been miss-sold / miss-advertised I see no reason why I should have pay the shipping charge when this situation has arisen through no fault of my own.

Photos of the table were provided including a comparison of the delivered product and website colour however, RDUK have tried to fob me off by saying "Photos can look slightly different depending on your resolution." My resolution????? I fail to see how my resolution affects the colour of the table on there website?

I find this exceptionally poor customer service and it makes me question how many other products RDUK sell which are miss-advertised or miss-sold!

Ordered a corner wardrobe in Dec. One box missing. Contacted Right Deals who said they would sort it out and email me with confirmation. No email arrived, so I contacted them again the next week. Same thing happened. And the week after that, and the week after that. Now I'm asking for a refund so that I can order the wardrobe from somewhere else, and they're not replying to my emails. Meanwhile I'm constantly tripping over a load of useless bits of wood and packaging which obviously I need to keep until they sort this out. I read the reviews on here before I bought from them, so I knew it was a gamble; I hoped I'd be one of the lucky ones where everything went smoothly and I could write a five-star review. I know everyone is affected by the pandemic and there was the holiday period too. If they had sorted it out as they originally promised, I would still have given a five-star review, because anyone can make mistakes. But they have made the same promise four times now, and broken it four times, and I've had enough. I would leave a no-star review if I could.
EDIT: I did not respond to RightDealsUK's reply to my review, suggesting I call or email them, because I already know from my experience recounted above that they do not respond honestly to calls and emails. Since I wrote my review, I have received several emails from TrustPilot saying RightDealsUK needs more information "to verify that I have had a genuine experience with their business". RightDealsUK should be able to verify this through our email correspondence. I think this is RightDealsUK trying to game the TrustPilot system because they are unhappy with negative reviews. It would make more sense for them to improve their working practices and provide a good service to their customers. That is what leads to positive reviews.

It has now taken 5 weeks to sort out this terrible, non customer service company. In fact they did not sort it out. I finally got my refund by contacting paypal and escalating the problem to a claim.
Honestly, order from them at you're peril. They screwed up the order, then sent only part of it. When it arrived it was incomplete and what was supplied was damaged very badly. It took them weeks to collect it and that was only after chasing them after they told me it was scheduled to collect but they "forgot" to tell the shipping company. Then, once collected, absolutely no contact. I would still be waiting for the refund if I hadn't contacted and used paypal. And honestly, their attitude sounded like "oh well".

Ordered bed after being let down else where, site stated 1-2 day delivery, took 10 days to arrive, after much chasing!
When bed finally arrived, not as described at all, supposed to be light oak finish when in fact its actually a pine finish. JUST A CHEAP IMITATION, trying to pass a pine bed frame off as Oak finished, (failed miserabley) , if wanted a pine bed would've ordered one at a fraction of the price. Email after, after email, they state it is oak finish (we sent photos of product, against samples of light oak finish), we asked for some form of compensation towards having the product sprayed so we can use it with the other new furniture we've got, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. Trying to pass us off as a stupid customer who knows nothing about wood/furniture, worked 30+ as a furniture sprayer (working with wood).

An ABSOLUTE DISASTER. They have ruined my Christams further. A wardrobe which was supposed to be delivered in two days, has taken three weeks for only one box out of 2 to arrive. No follow up on the complaint, no compensation offered, no follow up unless solicited. What a complete disaster! A shame for the UK customer service!

You buy a product and then...... may as well buy a can of air, both have the same result in giving you nothing.

Purchased a nice table for Christmas back at the start of December, 48 hour delivery window was promised .

No product arrived and any communication with the seller is met with “ it’ll turn up eventually “ or no response.

I’m guessing looking at other reviews buying from here is a huge 50/50 as to whether you’ll get your item or not.

Maybe just something to consider for those reading reviews.

Please stay away from this awfully ran affair. Ive been waiting for 2 beds which should have been delivered over 2 weeks ago. Customer care is disgraceful and if I hadn't chased this myself then I dont think I would have ever received them. Im still waiting. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Feeling ominous! I ordered a wardrobe and bedside cabinet on the 14th November, through Amazon which stated 10 in stock. They contacted me to state the wardrobe was damaged so would need to wait for new stock. I asked if I could have the next model instead....got told to wait for it to be in stock. Emailed today to chase them up as I desperately need the items for the 25th, and they have said they aren't releasing the items until I pay the difference between the first order and amendment. I am most grateful they didn't send me a damaged wardrobe, but I am feeling very ominous based on the recent reviews, that they won't be here by the 25th.

RECEIVED THE EMAIL AT 16:40 STATING THEY WON'T RELEASE MY ITEMS. I REPLIED ASKING THEM TO RING ME ASAP TO TAKE THE PAYMENT SO I CAN STILL GET THE 2 DAY DELIVERY........the warehouse is now shut so it won't be released until tomorrow anyway. So I have no chance of getting them for Wednesday!

Received delivery of two Lancaster 3 door 2 drawer wardrobes in cream, checked packaging and items and all seemed well. Assembled the wardrobes and then noticed manufacturing marks in all 4 corners of all the doors, looked like small panel pin holes. After 3 weeks of emails and phone calls, the reply was "they are unavoidable manufacturing marks". Supplier wasn't even prepared to give me a colour match code so I could make good myself.
Negotiated a partial refund as they were both now fully assembled, but not happy with the attitude of customer service.

They don't even deserve one star!! Highly recommended you AVOID

Hello, I will like to being my review by saying that one star is way too much for them.... and them are NARS a big beauty company with 0 care for the costumers. I have made a order for £182 and took 3 weeks to be dispatched after multiple emails from me asking what is going on. They did replay to my email after day’s and a long time Wasted on the phone with them. Finally when was dispatched and I did received the package I had a shock seeing that none of my items were there and I have received only a mascara. Yes that is right... I did contact them again by phone and they said to send them pictures with the item to be able to help me out so I did, they said to return it and once I have the proof of return to email them so they can do the refund right away for me as was not my mistake. I did so and still need to wait another 14 days for that to don’t mention how hard was the return because of the label. Any way the worst experience I ever had with a order and the customer service provided by them considering they are a really big company. Please don’t waist time and money buying from them online maybe go to a store or just find different beauty company’s.

I purchased the Howard single shaker style beds in white and I do not recommend this product. It is of very poor quality and there are faults and blemishes on various parts that I am waiting for RightDeals to replace which seems to be taking a long time. I really regret buying these beds but because we assembled them we've got no chance of sending them back apparently. I would have given these beds no stars if it was possible. They weren't expensive but the website shows them at half price but after seeing them I cannot believe this was a genuine reduction.

It was quite well made, although some bits were missing and a panel was damaged. A reply to my email was quick and the missing parts are being sent

Great product and price. Quality of product was great and delivery was quick. I did have to ring customer service to make sure I had ordered the right colour and they couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend!

Terrible communication, false promises.
The goods which I ordered were delivered to the wrong address and only because of my neighbours honesty and help I was able to get my goods.
Currier company used by them also very unprofessional and lied about my delivery ( they mention in the delivery notes ‘as required’ but they never called me.
This is my experience with them and I will never order anything form them

Decided to give this place a try as this specific table was cheaper here, I ordered the Caspian Lift Top Coffee Table With Storage on a Sunday and it arrived Tuesday morning so delivery time was very good, the packaging was a bit damp due to the weather and slightly damaged but the contents were undamaged and the instructions to assemble the table were very clear and the quality of the product is very good. Overall the experience was very positive.

There is always room for improvement however the service was easy to access and the delivery was as advised.
